“Bronson Place is a great place to live! The apartment building is clean, well-maintained, the staff are always responsive and courteous. The location is great, the apartments are spacious with beautiful views all around. The amenities such as the gym, pool, convenience store and laundry room make living there very convenient. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at 440 Gloucester.”
“An exceptional staff always ready to help. I have lived there for less than a year and things are getting better every day. Currently the cockroaches are being treated when everything has disappeared I will come back to put the maximum grade. Courage to the team!”
“Clean, well maintained, and bug free. Never had anything remotely resembling any negative issues living here. The prices are reasonable and well within market standards. Location on the transitway is also a huge bonus even if you have private transportation.”
“Price is good compared to other offerings. Building is constantly trying to upgrade and make things nicer. Office staff went out of there way to help me obtain parking because the lot was full due to construction at the time, as well as e mailing the parking company to help have a parking ticket dealt with for me. I feel safe having packages left from amazon etc. Because they take theft and unwanted persons more seriously then a lot of buildings ive been in. Also there is a fishing spot with musky 5 minutes away.... in downtown huge plus for me.”
“I was using the rooftop fireplaces at night and Tim to use the bathroom, and forgot the hours it was open and was locked out with the fire and all my belongings outside, the building manager Erin, was so amazing helpful late at night and after being woken up, she explained the process, wait time, issues she was having to fix it and overall saved the day:)

“I've been living here for approximately 7 months and thank God I have no complaints about it... I love my home and just as the people in charge make an effort to see their tenants well, it's the same way I make an effort to have my house is always clean every day and free of insects!... The building is clean, the management is always concerned about the well being of the tenants, this is spectacular... I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live! Many thanks to Management and its workers ?”
