I was having a lot of trouble sorting out my parking situation, and she stepped in to help me resolve everything completely. She is exceptionally friendly, patient, and has such a warm, helpful nature. It is rare to find management that cares this much about the residents. “I've been in this building over 10+ years. The building site management since 2018 has been one of the better teams in Paramount itself. Honestly considering the age of the building that went up in 1972 is well maintained for its age. I've had previous neighbours that have upgraded to condo buildings and been told that they regretted moving out of this property and what they paying at fair value here compared to what they are paying now at their new residence. Sometimes there is maintenance periods that cause disruptions, but it's a small sacrifice for continuous affordable living. I give the team in the administration office 5 stars for making an effort to pay attention to detail in the most professional way possible.”
