“Price is good compared to other offerings. Building is constantly trying to upgrade and make things nicer. Office staff went out of there way to help me obtain parking because the lot was full due to construction at the time, as well as e mailing the parking company to help have a parking ticket dealt with for me. I feel safe having packages left from amazon etc. Because they take theft and unwanted persons more seriously then a lot of buildings ive been in. Also there is a fishing spot with musky 5 minutes away.... in downtown huge plus for me.”
“I was using the rooftop fireplaces at night and Tim to use the bathroom, and forgot the hours it was open and was locked out with the fire and all my belongings outside, the building manager Erin, was so amazing helpful late at night and after being woken up, she explained the process, wait time, issues she was having to fix it and overall saved the day:)

Gloria and Alisha have been very kind, efficient, effective, and helpful, and went beyond the best with every single request, questions we have had.
The apartment building is pretty clean and well maintained, and plus, they have ongoing prevention plans and good projects.”
