“I've lived at Bronson Place for 6 years and have no complaints. The staff members are helpful, prompt, and kind. Most of my interactions over the years have been with Erica who has been wonderful. She has kept me informed and always has a smile on her face. The building is kept clean and maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. Rent is more than reasonable for downtown and utilities are included. The balconies are huge and the views are gorgeous. Yes, the building is older and has some quirks, but nothing that would make me not want to live here. The walls are solid and I rarely if ever hear any noise from neighbours. Underground parking, a convenience store on-site, and the gym are all great perks. The best thing for me though, is how supported I feel by the staff - it makes all the difference to live somewhere where you feel safe and comfortable. Thank you!!”

“The staff provided excellent support. The location being so close to Dows Lake makes it a perfect choice for those who like to run, jog, or cycle. Some of the units could be renovated to give them a more modern look, but no complaints regarding that.”

I love my home and just as the people in charge make an effort to see their tenants well, it's the same way I make an effort to have my house is always clean every day and free of insects!... The building is clean, the management is always concerned about the well being of the tenants, this is spectacular... I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live! “I've had serious issues with this housing under a prior property manager, but two weeks of Ashley is an incredible difference. She's polite, friendly, and responsive. The prior one would ignore attempts to get in contact and ghost me for weeks at a time, and a maintenance request was left undone for nearly a year. Within eighteen hours of making the request to Ashley, it's done.It's a genuinely spectacular difference.”
