I recently visited an Asics outlet, and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. They had pickleball shoes which is great as I didn't have to order online. Quite a bit of selection and staff were very helpful in finding the right shoes. Would recommend this store.

One of the best stores for my running gear here in Ottawa. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They ensure the shoes fit right and fit your need. They don't try to sell the most expensive item on the rack, but rather how you can make the most out of the sport. Cheers!

Had a great experience on this store. Manager is very friendly and knowledgeable about the ASICS product line. He examined my feet and suggested Gel Cumulus based on my foot type and what a great find! This shoe gave me proper cushion and support needed for my daily trainings. Can’t thank him enough.Prices are great and collections are rich. A must visit for runners and sports enthusiasts.

ASICS outlet in Tanger provides exceptional service and a wide selection of footwear. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to assist customers in finding the perfect pair of shoes. I got complaints by the store store manager for exchanging twice in two weeks and was told that is the final sale. Bought two pairs of shoes a few weeks ago since there was a promotion on the 2nd pair, in total around $250. Right after going out of the store, realized there was a wrong size on the first pair, so back to store to exchange to size 9.5 on the first pair. After a few days, don't feel good about the 2nd pair, so went back to exchange the 2nd pair to another model, paid around $30 extra. Then on a downhill trail, felt the 1st pair is a bit too loose, so back to store again to exchange the 1st pair to size 9 from 9.5, that is where I got told "there are too many exchanges on these shoes, this would be the final sale, no more exchanges or returns!". Does the manager have the right to tell a customer like this? I felt a bit offended so I told him that I am not a trouble customer and I would not come back again even if this pair of shoes has any problems to wear with. His attitude really made me feel bad. :(
