The service I received from the staff was amazing! I received email updates from Shawn, (assisted me from the time I walked in the door until I left the parking lot) on where my car was, the status of repair, parts that were to be ordered and ETA updates. Very happy with the service and care I received and will definitely be going back, should I need to. Thank you!

The staff were professional and friendly. They also respond within a reasonable time to phonecalls and emails. The work on my car was done well and I'm very happy with the results. I also appreciated the daily email updates on where my car is in the repair process so I'm always in the loop. The work was completed well, under the budgeted quote, and under the budgeted time.

3/4 of the job was done correctly but the 1/4 wasn't done correctly and then had to wait a year to receive the part for my 2024 Toyota Hybrid. After waiting a year, they still couldn't fix the problem and then wanted to charge me for their own mistake to fix my front end. Will be going to a better body shop that knows how to repair vehicles.

I am very happy with the excellent service I received here. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and they squeezed me in for an appointment as I was visiting from out of town and needed some damage repaired. The job was perfect and I was very grateful to have found this place.
