Astro Design Centre did amazing work on my bathroom and kitchen. The staff, in particular the Designer, Joseph, were exceptional. Joseph was such a pleasure to work with and helped guide me when I needed it. All the various tradesmen who came to do the work were polite, did high quality work and always cleaned up at the end of the work day. I will be hiring them again when it's time to re-do the ensuite, absolutely no hesitation! 5+ stars!

had a complete kitchen Reno - designer was Alexia Petit- what could have been a nightmare turned out to be not too bad at all. The design was amazing and different from other companies we had solicited, the contractor for the job had top trades people working with him, and we could not be happier with the finish product. Alexia facilitated the whole process and worked with the contractor (Siberwood) so that the renovation went as planned.Will use both Alexia and Siberwood again as both are on the top of their game and just deliver

We visited Astro Design Center and met with Julia Enriquez. We laid out our request to renovate our old high-end kitchen that was 25 years old; we provided numerous pictures of the current kitchen in advance. We discussed the design and build process with a plan to have Julia visit our home, view the kitchen in-person and work up a preliminary design for a $400 design fee. Our intent was to work with 2-3 design firms, spend the time and money to find a concept and a company we could work with. Our initial budget was for $100K and we fully expected the budget to increase by 25%-50%. Julia, during the course of the initial meeting, mentioned that we may not be suitable Astro clients which I thought an very odd comment for a designer to make. As you can appreciate, we were assessing Julia approach and suitability to work with us. We let the comment be.A few weeks later, Julia met us at our home with our design to work through more details and for her to get a better feel for the space. Again, she made the comment that about client suitability; this shocked our interior designer and shocked me. She further mentioned that the initial design fee of $400 had now been increased to $10,000! This was outrageous. Needlessly to say given Julia’s comment and new design fee we said good bye to Julia and Astro. Subsequently, we engaged with another kitchen design firm and are now in the completion stage of the kitchen and looking spectacular. I had a vision of the perfect spa bathroom but I didn't know how to make it a reality. Julia Enriquez at Astro Design Centre was able to help me pick out the perfect combination of tiles/paint/product that created exactly what I was looking for. The custom pieces made by Astro (vanity, countertop, etc) are beautiful and top quality, and the staff has been very professional throughout the entire experience. I will definitely be using their services again for my next big project!Service: Remodeling

Brilliant design (Walter Bunda), genius installer (Don Beaudoin). It would be a kindness to call us merely 'thrifty', so we shopped. And shopped. Pricey, but worth every penny. Extra bonuses were the referrals to other suppliers, advice on related issues, and finishing on time. (during a pandemic) Yes our kitchen is an Ooohh-Ahhhh showpiece, but it's so much more. It's so much more functional than our old kitchen and most importantly a welcoming environment where we love to spend time together, and THAT is the true value of our kitchen.

The experience had with Astro was one that was very positive and friendly. Since the first encounter, Julia has always been pleasant to deal with. Designing both kitchen and bathrooms can certainly present their challenges, but Astro offers complete and concise guidance from beginning all the way to completion of your job, ensuring total ease to the client. Throughout our job, site difficulties were encountered; however, Astro was always there to rectify any presented issues, consistently prepared with any specifications that were required. We went to Astro for our Master Bathroom renovation. From the very beginning when meeting our designer Nathan Kyle we knew we came to the right place. He listened to what we wanted and needed and he came up with a beautiful design and picked the most beautiful tile,vanity, tub and fixtures. The colours he chose were warm,inviting and spa like. Nathan also recommended an amazing contractor Siberwood a builders who was amazing to work with and the quality workmanship from humans his team was outstanding. Since the project stated during the pandemic they took all precautions to ensure safety to our family and his crew. We absolutely love our new bathroom! I would highly recommend Astro and Nathan Kyle.

We completed a kitchen Reno working with Nathan Kyle at Astro Design. We had been considering a reno for two years so we knew what we wanted and didn’t want. We discovered that Nathan was was a good listener. He came to our house not only to see the kitchen but to get a sense of our home and our style. We wanted beauty, warmth but also functionality. Nathan delivered. He made suggestions that we hadn’t thought of and put together a palette and a design that we loved. Nathan pays attention to detail and is knowledgeable and professional. The Astro team works well together, from Emilio, who oversaw the custom work to John who installed the cabinets. We couldn’t be happier and thank Nathan and Astro for making us happy clients. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with Nathan again.

Our relationship with Astro Design Center began many years ago when they renovated the bathrooms in our home. Since then, we changed households. Based on the excellent design and renovations previously provided, we requested their expertise once again.
Astro Design has just completed renovations of three bathrooms in our home and we could not be happier. The designer and all staff involved were exceptionally helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. Our designer listened to our requirements, provided great feedback and offered exciting design ideas. The end product is not only functional but beautiful.

I was very excited to work with Astro but the experience definitely did not meet expectations. Issues, delays and a total lack of communication. No followup as was committed at the end to remedy issues. Once final payment was received never heard back and admittedly I did not bother trying to engage further.
