I am BEYOND impressed! I got an appointment in less than 24 hours to replace a shattered car window. The quote was exceptionally reasonable and the estimated turnaround time was 45 mins! Wait, it gets better: I was greeted with a polite smile, offered a bottle of water had a friendly chat with one of the staff AND the job was complete in not 45 but 15 minutes!!! I have no words. Thank you for your excellence. You checked off all the boxes and more. THIS is what going above the call of duty is all about.
