I came with my friend on her birthday who came in for a facial. Due to a mix up it was busy & there was not an extra person to help. The Worker (Lyenne) was so nice and gave up her break to make my friend’s day brighter!

this is the best store for these kinds of products. After I started using there stuff I had a big glow up. I don't really like the tea but you should give it a try to see if you like it! They have so many great things here. Also the workers are so nice and so helpful

My recent experience at the Aveda store was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding customer service and helpful staff. Tia (and Lyenne) went above and beyond to assist me. Their knowledge, friendliness, and attention to detail made my shopping trip a pleasure. It's evident that they are dedicated to providing a positive and enjoyable shopping experience for their customers.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Aveda store and I must say, the customer service I experienced was truly exceptional. The team went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and taken care of from the moment I walked in. Their genuine hospitality and willingness to assist me with my inquiries made my visit memorable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with tea and genuine smiles from the team I could say I have never seen this in any other store.The team's knowledge about the products and their ability to provide personalized recommendations after giving you a scalp check was impressive. They took the time to listen to my needs and preferences and also offered me samples!!!!

I had frustrating experience at this store today. I entered the store and waited for over 10 minutes to make a purchase, but there were no employees present the whole time. It’s disappointing that the store opened without proper staffing. My time were wasted, I left without being able to buy anything.

11/10 Service came in looking for some Skin care products and got the best service anyone can ever ask for. I highly recommend coming to Aveda for any Skin, Face or Hair products. I would like to thank Lyenne and Ali for the exceptional service. Will be back soon!

I am very satisfied with the products. My hair transformed in less than a month. I have been struggling with frizz and hair loss, and the products that the girls, tia and lyenne, as well as ali recommended solved all my problems. The customer service in the store is beyond outstanding, and the hospitality with the tea makes you feel like you’re in good hands.Thank you

The gentleman that helped me yesterday, I believe his name was Ali, was so incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I'm a long time AVEDA customer and his level commitment to his profession was unparalleled. On top of fantastic advice about my hair, I also got a scalp, shoulder, neck massage and mini facial. It was exactly what I needed and I intend to buy all my usual AVEDA products from this store.

2 stars because I absolutely love Aveda products...but I drove all the way to Rideau mall just to go to Aveda and was told by the girl to come back in 30 minutes because she was eating her lunch...I work in customer service and I have never closed the store during business hours for a break...I'm so upset especially because I paid for parking specifically to come here.

The young lady working today was so unprofessional. I didn't even go in. She was sitting in a chair with her feet up in another singing rap songs on her phone. I wanted to go in and buy hair products , but just the way she was presenting herself made me feel uncomfortable.
