This is my to go bath and body works store. I never had a problem with the staff here. They are always welcoming and friendly. But today, I went in for last-minute shopping, I was standing at the cash lane waiting to pay, close to the pocket sanitizer, and I made I contact with one staff member (not realizing she is the manager) asked if there was a deal with them, haven't finished my question yet, she answered right away "yeah, it's 6 for 12" this is while she walking away from me. Based on my experience working in retail (still I am), you are supposed to make eye contact and speak to your customer like they are human beings, not walking away while talking/answering question. It's rude!

Bought a shimmer spray and a gift set as Christmas gifts. When I got home, both items were missing in the bag. I did have them on my receipt, returned to the store with my receipt, and they refused to give me the one I paid for that was missing. They charged me for another gift set but they didn't charge me for the shimmer spray for some reason. Very poorly done and settled, they got a thief on their hands taking Christmas gifts. Very disappointed and outraged.
