Terrible experience! Made and confirmed sales appointment online, on arrival no one at the concierge desk, flagged down a passing employee who directed us to waiting area while our sales consultant spoke to another couple, waited 20 minutes watching a very chaotic showroom, then left in disgust. We bought a new car elsewhere the next day.

I have bought a Lexus TX350 SUV recently. I was dealing with Bing, he is one of the best sales guy I ever meet. Very respectful and knowledgeable, man with unlimited patience! We took delivery of our new Lexus 2 days ago. Thank you Alex for your help with the process of purchasing our first Lexus. Alex is knowledgeable, genuine and a pleasant person to deal with. Rob in financing was very helpful and provided great customer service.Very happy with Bel-Air Lexus!

Bought my 2020 RX 350 CPO. Buying experience was great however I am disappointed my first service visit.Scheduled for a dashboard noise diagnosis and also the engine oil sign needed to reset as it was changed 10k ago.When I dropped off my car the service rep wanted to do a Inspection(Service 3) which I corrected by saying just needed to reset oil change message.To my utter surprise I was billed $95.99 for the visual inspection. I wished I had read the document before I signed.This was a case of miscommunication with the customer or just could be simply trying to over sale the stuff that I don’t need. I hope the service department be more straightforward with their customer.Update:Alisabelle reached out to me regarding the miscommunication. She listened to what happened that day patiently to rectify this issue. After a good discussion, we came to an agreement of getting a free oil change on my next service visit.Also, Bel Air will take another look to the dashboard noise problem in January.Not only this, I addressed all my little concerns with the car and my future service needs. She will work on them.Bottom line is, this how a legitimate business should be run and earn customer satisfaction. I appreciate this approach; hence, a 5 star!

I brought my 2020 RS350 with 23k to Belair Lexus for scheduled oil change and mounted snow tire installation. They called me saying that one weight had fallen off one of the wheels so they recommend rebalancing all 4 mounted snow tires, which I allowed and furthered that the vehicle needed a front end alignment, ironically they hit me with this need last time I was in earlier this year and had it done. I just drove back from Toronto and the steering was perfect with no pulling, so I declined the rep said that I most likely hit a pot hole and that he’d note it in my file, I took this as a vail threat. In thinking later, why didn’t the service rep simply recommend the rebalancing of the one mounted snow tire that had a missing balancing weight. Unfortunately, I experienced up selling with questionable twist! In these trying times I strongly believe this Important to know and to share.UPDATEBel air Lexus management has reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience experienced. Remuneration in the form of a credit was offered and accepted for the wheel balancing and for the next basic scheduled maintenance. Good business initiative.

I just took delivery of my new IS 500. Alex is personable, genuine and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he is driven to serve me as a customer. (as apposed to focusing on selling me a car) Rob in financing made my options clear without any sales presure. Overall great experience at Bel-Air Lexus!
