I am very disappointed with the eyebrow cleanup service I received. I asked the technician to make my eyebrows clean and well-shaped, but she spent only about three minutes on them and said there wasn't much to do. While I wasn't completely satisfied when I looked in the mirror there, I thought it might be okay. However, when I got home and looked more closely, I realized my eyebrows were still not cleaned properly. I could have done a better job myself and saved 30 Canadian dollars.
It seems that the she may only be skilled with waxing, as the tweezer work was done poorly. I wanted to bring this to your attention so you can consider improving the quality of your service in the future.

Got my eyebrows and upper lip waxed for the first time at the Benefit Brow Bar by Mercedes G. I cannot say enough good things! Mercedes did a fabulous job and was extremely kind and professional. Will definitely be coming back!

Mercedes was so kind and nice during my appointment! Sadly both times I went (first wasn’t with her) I had an acne flare up on both eyebrows. Not sure if it’s because of the wax or what but super unfortunate since I love the girls there! I’d be back otherwise :)
