Terrible service. Travelled from out of town and was given incorrect information from the Manager to activate a credit card. Upon arrival the teller was more helpful than the actual manager and she did nothing to help recitify the issue. Will be closing all accounts with BMO due to this experience with this manager at this...

Horrible. 20 mins to closing and only one teller. They got 4 people in their comfortable offices just chilling. Line up had 5 people in it. Not one person came out of their offices to help the teller. BMO will take your money but they won't have enough staff to serve you.

I came here to have my Debit Card PIN changed and the employee who was helping me was professional and courteous. This happened just before closing time and there was no lineup.
