This has to be the worst bank to go with every other week there seems to be an issue customer service doesn’t help as well whole 1000$ check on hold when any other time I have full access try to call them just to see if they can relise 100 nd they say no there’s nothing we can do so now I have to bus to my home branch just to be able to take it off hold I will definitely be shutting my account down

The bank branch here in place de Orléans mall is most unwelcoming. No one smiles, they are uncooperative and not helpful at all. They feel so happy to see the back of you. I came here 11 years back also and the culture has only deteriorated. Unpleasant people. They simply spoil your day. I hope I never come here again.

Worst bank ever. I left this company years ago but it still shocks me when I think of the many things that pushed me to leave.The most audacious was when I came in requesting a new card and was told multiple times that I had no accounts with BMO, which was a complete lie. It took about four times of me insisting that I did indeed have an account, and getting the teller to look it up by EMAIL, because for whatever reason nothing would come up when they looked me up by name.This is not even to mention how racist and discriminatory and dismissive the tellers can be. This is a disgusting bank and branch. Run away and never look back.

Terrible service. Travelled from out of town and was given incorrect information from the Manager to activate a credit card. Upon arrival the teller was more helpful than the actual manager and she did nothing to help recitify the issue. Will be closing all accounts with BMO due to this experience with this manager at this location.

Terrible customer service and shameful lack of professionalism.My wife and I filled out a HELOC application with Owain McLaughlin. Once our final documents were submitted, he vanished; calls and emails went unanswered for months. We scheduled a new appointment thinking he must no longer work with BMO and sure enough were booked with him again. While he was able to confirm the receipt of our documents months prior, he could offer no explanation as to what happened to our file. He simply stated it was now inactive and that we would have to start from scratch - Unacceptable. I would recommend avoiding his services.

Horrible. 20 mins to closing and only one teller. They got 4 people in their comfortable offices just chilling. Line up had 5 people in it. Not one person came out of their offices to help the teller. BMO will take your money but they won't have enough staff to serve you.

Unprofessional, they don't follow up and neither notify you. I applied for a credit card from more 2 months and they didn't processed my application because documents are missing. They never sent me an email or letter or called me. Each time I try to reach them I wait more than 50 minutes to get an answer, and each time they said this paper is missing. every time they request a new paper or the same paper twice. even in branch.I don't recommend to work with BMO. I am going to close my account with them.

Absolutely the worst bmo you could go for the most simplest question, acouple months ago I wanted to get a Mastercard and I was asking questions about the fee and just how everything works the lady did not answer any of my questions so I ended up going with td. I come back later on asking the same questions to get a Mastercard because my parents highly recommend it. When applying they could not give me any information about the card at all and basically said that I will get a card and that's it! The person i was dealing with was showing me his training manual and clearly did not know how to send an application for my card.They refused to give me info on how much I would be getting. Another employees decided to come and "help" and decides to be extremely rude do to her unable to answer a simple question like how much i could expect to get with my application. These employees do not know any information about the services they porvide.The employees at this location are extremely poorly trained and they need to invest in some quality employees that know how to do their job. Service was so bad I went to the one on innes and the service was immaculate and they were able to answer all the questions I needed and they even put themselves in my shoes and told me the best option for me. I will never step a foot in place bmo again .

I came here to have my Debit Card PIN changed and the employee who was helping me was professional and courteous. This happened just before closing time and there was no lineup.
