Great service from Ashley. Ashley should be sent to the other Kanata branches to give them training. I had an awful experience at the signature center branch. Everything the representative at the signature center couldn't do or made overly complicated, Ashley did in seconds. What a refreshing experience. I nearly left BMO after the signature center experience. Feel free to contact me for more details. Thank you Ashley! A++++

Good at first but sketchy cold calls asking to invest or opening additional TFSAs or RRSPs with them really hurts credibility. Are banks really becoming telemarketers?

I went in with my lady so she could set up a bank account with BMO. I have been with them for years I love it there! Ashley helped us out and helps me out often, she is great at what she does. Very friendly, very knowledgable, and makes sure you understand everything. 10/10

I was just reading all these negative reviews and I am so confused. I don’t go in to the bank very often, but when I do I have never anything but exceptional service. I went to the bank to do some large withdrawals for Christmas (Dec 21st) and the lady at the desk was so sweet. I had to get a new debit card but my driver’s license expired. I had my renewal receipt which I showed to the associate. No issues debit card replaced. They were short on cash but she gave me what she could and sent me to a branch where she knew would be able to serve me. Went there and cash received. Not once in the whole afternoon that I even felt any negativity or even a blip of the people not knowing what they were doing. I wish I had the names of the people who served me, but thank you. I just got off an appointment with Ashley woods who is a personal banker at this branch . very professional ,infact she gives off a vibe that she is happy to be there helping clients, very accommodating as mine as a walk in appointment . helped me through the entire agenda and also made some useful suggestions for better use of my money , after all thats what we are here for

There isn't enough good words in our dictionary to describe this gentleman. He surpassed my expectations. ALBERT is an absolute gem with outstanding product knowledge. BMO is extremely lucky to have a branch representative like Albert. Just wanted to say thanks one more time.

These pieces of work refused to give me my own money unless I let them make a photocopy of my driver's license. This is after being PIN-verified and after showing them my ID. Let that sink in for a moment - I didn't ask for a loan, didn't ask for a remittance, I went in to withdraw my own money from my personal account! They don't ask for a copy of your ID when making a deposit, therefore such an overreach is unacceptable and disgusting! I will never, ever again do any business with this disgusting institution! You belong in communist China, not in a supposedly free country! Shame on you!

Awful customer service. I regret opening an account at this branch as they are incompetent, arbitrarily block transactions, and are difficult to reach. What's more is BMO gives the "home branch" where you opened your account all sorts of powers including final say over certain transactions you may want to make. Will definitely close my BMO account and open one with a more reliable bank/branch.
