Browns Van drivers really need to learn how to drive safely. Unbelievable! I had my children in the car and the driver was all over the place. Then get hung up on when I called management to make them aware.

Brought a blouse borrowed for a Photoshoot for cleaning they took out the makeup stain to give it back to me with additional stain on the sleeve. The blouse was closely inspected prior to dropping off . Instead of a solution they said they don’t add stains that the dry cleaning can make other stains appear. They just cost me $300.

We took in a set of king size bed sheets and 11 pillow cases for cleaning 2 weeks ago, and have not got them back yet! Unbelievable! Hope we get them back.

Brought a hat to have dry cleaned. They didn’t call me when it was ready, despite telling me they would. Picked it up the following day, and they COMPLETELY ruined the hat. It completely lost its shape and is now in the garbage. When I picked it up she acted like nothing was wrong and thanked me for my business. When I took it out of the bag and discovered it’s condition she started to apologize and told me the material is no good for dry cleaning, and you just shouldn’t dry clean hats. It was at my own risk. Would have been useful information before paying to have it destroyed. Thanks Browns!

Wow- this location is fantastic. We brought in a pretty large load of work shirts (over 25) that definitely needed some TLC... turn around was super quick and all my shirts look brand new. Fantastic customer service from Sakura... extremely kind and knowledgeable. This is definitely our new dry cleaning spot. Great job!!!???

Awesome Service this week from the staff.My favorite dress pant's tore in the leg last week and I had little hope they could be saved. Picked them up today.. the team did such a great job that I had to check to make sure they were the same pair I dropped off!
