GREAT TRUCK AND GREAT SERVICE... I'LL BE COMING BACK FOR OUR NEXT!
Call them up and ask for Peter Maloney if you're looking for a new or used vehicle. Peter ensured we were taken care of, kept updated and ensured our best interest was put first. Peter vouched for us and made sure everything was in perfect shape rolling out of the dealership.
If you want a great selection, go to Campbell Ford, and if you want someone in your corner to help, ask for Peter Maloney.
Ill certainly be back.

I have a 2014 f150 that has a sudden downshift recall issued by Ford. It has happened twice and it slams the whole vehicle violently. Winter is coming and I would like to have it resolved but Campbell Ford told me to call other dealers because they are too busy to book my service. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!

Bought a brand new Ford Bronco Sport. Chris Tranmer helped make the buying process smooth, and always answered any questions I had. Something I really appreciated was that he helped me make an informed decision about whether or not to get an upgrade rather than just pushing me to get it. Great service

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AND MANAGER PETER MALONEY
After several days of communication with Peter and after I left a deposit for this car, I had a lot of questions, including to the heads of this dealer. For example, what kind of car fraud is carried out by managers - where is this car in Reality?? Peter said that the car was in some private driveway of some private person. What's going on at your dealership? When selling this car, they do not exhibit real photos of a real car, but approximate photos from the Internet, although in fact they do not have this car in their parking lot, they do not even have real photos on their website, and the photos are simply taken from the Internet and do not correspond, for example, to the color of the interior of the car. This manager Peter sent us a text message with several photos taken on some private driveway and said sorry, potential buyer took the vehicle for few days ....... Everything is very opaque, we felt a lot of pressure from this manager, he said that the car was almost sold and therefore we need to "Leave a Deposit as soon as possible!..". When it is convenient for him, he answers your requests, and when uncomfortable questions are for him, he will not answer you and you will wait a very long time!
About the work of Simon, financial manager - he seems to be trying, but within a week... He tried to get approval and asked us to send all the necessary financial documents, but he could not get approval from the bank...
However, at another dealership, we were not asked for any financial documents and were given approval within 20-30 minutes, and the amount of the car was about the same...
Appeal to the owner of this dealership - please deal with actions similar to fraud in your dealership (there was no reaction from the general sales manager).

Took my Escape in for servicing due to a deteriorating accessory belt system and water pump.
No fuss, no muss.
Final total was less than the estimate, even after I requested an engine air filter replacement at the last minute.
Vehicle is quiet, smooth, and has regained its performance again.
Quite happy with the quality of work performed. Thank you.

I was originally dealing with one sales guy (name intentionally left out) who brushed me off to Kevin. Not sure why he did that but it left a really bad taste in my mouth and left me very unhappy. I almost bought from another dealership just because of that. Our dealings were always professional and courteous and I knew what I wanted. Kevin answered the questions he knew and got the answers to the ones he didn't. I ended up buying a truck with Kevin. The negative always our weighs the positive. Sorry just my honest opinion.

I would not purchase a used vehicle from Campbell ford. Purchased a lightly used f150 and they delivered the truck with missing front mats, missing one key to the vehicle which I was told was “lost” turns out they couldn’t find it and it was just misplaced, missing pieces from the headliner, and a improperly functioning infotainment. Besides that the truck runs well mechanically except for a weird transmission timing when driving at lower speeds around 2-3k rpm driving about 40kph. Just a shame for a dealership that has had a presence in Ottawa for decades. There is other things I’ve chosen to omit from the buying aspect of the vehicle as car sales is a dime a dozen and they often go from dealership to dealership.

Extremely satisfied with the service from Ken. Felt no pressure to buy at any moment and was really helpful about finding the truck we wanted. Quiet and welcoming atmosphere in the dealership, the other salesman were kind and respectful. Strongly recommend this Ford dealership if you are looking at purchasing a new vehicle!

This is my first time to contact them. I was thinking of trading in my car. Received a call from someone who asked for my car ownership and my driving license to send me a quotation the next day. But for more than 4 days no one call me back.
I will not recommend it for other.

I was recently on a road trip with my wife and two very young children. While leaving Ottawa I noticed that my front splash shield was dragging on the ground, being held in by a single screw. I thought I was in luck when I saw that Campbell Ford was just down the road from where I was at that time.
So I hobbled my car to the dealership; hoping I wouldn't lose the shield (as they are very expensive). When I entered the service department I explained the situation, and requested that either A) I could have screws reinserted into the spash shield so that it is no longer dragging, or B) If I could just quickly have the last screw removed so I can toss it in my car and not lose it on the road.
The dealership basically told me that they would not help me, and to try to find a mechanic in town instead. I couldn't believe it. I went over to the parts department and bought the screws it needed, drove over to the nearby Canadian Tire and bought a socket set that I otherwise did not need, and spent approximately 1 minute inserting the screws myself.
As a long term Ford owner, and Son of a long term Ford employee, I was sincerely disappointed by the nonchalant, uncaring, and unhelpful service advisor at this dealership. If I lived in Ottawa, this event alone would have me never purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Frankly, this kind of event reflects poorly on the Ford name and showcases a lack of effort towards brand loyalty.
