I only had positive experiences during my PC repair. Staff were very chill and super transparent during the process.
I brought my PC to some other places for repairs and those places took days just to tell me they can’t figure out the issue and I gave up for a few months.
Friend told me about Canadas Computers and they figured out the issue in like two days and fixed it up pretty quick during the holiday season. They give you multiple options and like I said are very transparent about the process and answer your questions in depth no matter how computer illiterate you may be.
If I ever have an issue again you can bet I’ll be going back.

The sales are good but the service is terrible. I paid almost $100 on assembly but they never made it on time. It’s so hard to get through a call but I only had one call get through saying tomorrow will be completed. But I have waited two days, I still not having my machine built. They never kept their promises. It’s not a cheap fee but you will not have everything as promised. And you will not even have the phone come through no matter it’s morning, afternoon or evening.

Do not frequent this location but their online stock and local stock usually match. Wide range of goods, which makes it easy to find something useful. Nice location to shop.

Great service. I was having an issue with my laptop. I took it to the Orleans location for a diagnostic and learned that they had a wait time off about two weeks. So I brought it to the downtown location. The diagnostic was provided within two days. I provided the part myself and the installation was done on the spot! Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service and something for every budget. The employees didn't rush me, let me ask lots of questions, respected my budget, and didn't try and oversell me for what I needed. They were so incredibly personable and lovely, and made me feel comfortable even as someone who doesn't know much about computers at all! They're now the only place I want to buy tech from in Ottawa!

Worst branch for customer service. Dont know if they know their job or just they dont want to help you.
I bought a gundam kit here which I always do. 1 time I was browsing and it was on sale so I immediately called this branch if they can do low price guarantee and they say yes. When I got there, they said that they cannot do anything about it, twice the guy in customer service went at the back to ask his supervisor and twice he said the same thing.
When I tried at the other branch ( Merivale) they 100% did it for me without any hassle. Dont know what’s with this branch does to help customers or explain whats going on their warranty.
