Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. Tony and Ian went above and beyond my expectations. As someone who is tech-illiterate, they were full of knowledge, happy to answer my questions, and extremely kind. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for pc help/advice/building. A+

Very poor customer service. Ordered online as new but received an open box. They refuse to price match and refund their own website prices either. I will avoid them in future.

My son and I brought his computer in one night to see if someone could quickly look at it. Even though the tech had a lots of work, he did look at it. We only needed to replace a part. The tech suggested a part and even told us to call him if we had any problems. My son was so happy! Great service at this location!!

There is a short girl who wears glasses, brown hairAnd a fellow named IanBoth of these people went above and beyond when helping me build my first PC ever and I wanted to make sure they got the recognition they deserve for being so kind and patient with me because I am a tech dinosaur. They helped me get my pc up and running with some troubleshooting suggestions over the phone and I would feel comfortable coming to them for any future concerns I may have.

Great store, good deals and clean layout, however the guy with balding has some serious attitude problems. Had asked some questions previously regarding the speed of an item since I'm not familiar with the product and the way he responded to his body language came across really poor. Another time, I came by to look at some hardware, and having worked retail myself, we let customers look at items and open them to check, and I was really careful when I did. He ran over, gave huge attitude and made a huge deal about it leaving a nasty remark. He could have been nice about it and just let me their policy but the way he dealt and approached it was just really unprofessional. I'm just going to actively avoid him now, which isn't fair on someone visiting the store to buy something.Other than him and these two poor experiences, the rest of the staff is really friendly and helpful.

I had to buy a laptop charger because I lost mine during finals week, and everyone in the store was super helpful! The guy who helped us let me try the charger as well and made sure it was properly working before I bought anything. The prices are also super reasonable for the product, and I will be going back :)

Worst place to get your pc repaired! If you want to wait longer than 4 weeks because there is a queue of 25 people and there are only 2 technicians working 2 days a week, this is the right place! I gave my pc for a simple diagnosis and a water cooling replacement to improve my cpu and I leave with 4 times more problem than originally. How is this possible, you come to have your computer diagnosed and you leave with problems on your computer!!I came back to ask them why I was having problems when initially I had come for a simple diagnosis and my water cooling, they simply told me to come back in 1 week except that no I had to wait more than 3 weeks to finally get my computer.When I came back from the 3 weeks, they told me that they couldn't find anything while even today I still have fps problems in my games, whereas before I didn't!Didn't read all the good reviews because they are justified but not on the side of computer repairs.Instead, go to people who are interested in helping you and not 2 people repairing your pc in their free time to get a little more money!I would like to point out that there were really no performance issues in any of the tasks my computer was doing before I went to see them!!They don't know what they're doing, they're lost!Update : Hello after 2 weeks since the old review, I noticed that my cpu was back to 100% use. This confirms how incompetent they are and that I paid $125 for my new water cooling for nothing at all.In summary, I went to see them to solve a problem and finally I had 5x more problems than initially when I left but also the initial problem of my cpu was not even solved. Thank you very much

A few months ago, I went into Canada Computers asking how I could rig up a Blu-Ray player to work with a computer monitor. Two young women found my old person's request interesting, and they looked into what monitor would be appropriate, taking considerable time over it. They found a compatible one with a speaker but warned me that the speaker might not be powerful enough to suit me. I tried it and found that it wasn't, so I went back for speakers. I am totally satisfied with the service and will go back.

I wanted to upgrade the RAM on my laptop, so I got a card recommended to me by Canada Computers staff. It was clearly thee wrong card, because after installation the laptop wouldn't start up. I removed the card and it still wouldn't start. I went back to Canada Computers to have it fixed, and they told me the wait time would be over a month, so I went to Best Buy instead. Best Buy fixed my laptop, but it cost me over $200. When I went back to Canada Computers to get a refund for the RAM card, they told me I was outside the 15-day return window and couldn't even offer me store credit, even though I had my original packaging and receipt. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! All they have ever done is waste my time, money, or both.

Only good experiences so far.I've had price matching and partial refunds here after something I bought went on sale, so they are great at honouring any deals/guarantees.Staff may not walk up to you in the isles to ask if you need help, but approach them and they'll be happy to help you.
