Says 9 am open everywhere but doesn’t open until the afternoon. Don’t go in before 1pm. Every day there are folks coming in just to see the place is closed. Update your hours, change your staff. You’re wasting everyone’s time.

Unreliable hours of operation. Showed up at 11:45am and it’s closed till 1pm. Staff are very friendly when they are around - makes me wonder if there's poor scheduling.

Went to pick up my package at Alta Vista Shoppers Drugmart Canada Post Office, a day after it arrived. I went, showed the employee the delivery notice I received. She scanned it and told me it wasn't there yet. I just so happened to notice that their store room, where parcels and packages was open and saw the very parcel with the business I ordered from, with their name on the colored taped around the white box. I politely pointed it out to her that perhaps that could be it. She lazily went over, took a quick glance at the parcel and told me it wasn't it. The employee didn't even properly examine if the tracking number or delivery card notice number matched. Or even my name for god sakes.The employee told me to come back later since their would be another delivery. So I did just that, and if you can believe it, that parcel I pointed out to the employee the first time, was in fact my parcel.
