I was looking to purchase a Subaru and after a while of searching found a car I was interested in at car connect. Was quickly greeted by the very friendly salesmanTarek and took a couple out for a test drive and decided on the outback. It was the best price I had seen from any car dealership in the Ottawa area. The process was quick and efficient and within the hour I had a new to me car. After picking it up I had a few concerns about the tires. I contacted car connect and the owner Joe quickly got back to me and I brought he car to him and we checked the tires with the gauge After confirming that they were still good, Joe offered me a set of Yokohama snow tires for the car. Very much appreciated Joe. It’s great to deal directly with the business owners and its personal gestures like these that make all the difference in a successful business. If you’re looking for a new vehicle I’d definitely recommend car connect. Thanks again Joe and Tarek

This is how the do business.
I got in touch with them about the car we have been looking for over a year, I said we are buying the car, got approved on financing, as I am waiting for an answer from my accountant these gentleman sold the car without even calling me.
I would strongly NOT recommend using someone with such a work ethic.

For my first purchase... I got lucky! The shop let my macanic look the car over... which was nice... had a problem after I picked up the car and they still looked at my car and fixed it... they really do make sure your car is in working order... honest sellers... just wish I was updated more frequently vs me asking for updates

Good experience buying the vehicle, but the vehicle was not detailed when we took it home
We had a pleasant experience negotiating and discussing the payment of the car. The salesperson - Arpan was knowledgeable and reasonable with the pricing. They also repaired a few cosmetic issues and gave us a deal on brand new summer tires. We didn't feel rushed to make a decision and we're overall happy with the purchase.
Took off a star because when we were picking the vehicle up, we noticed that the seats and floor mat were wet, looked like they washed it. But the rest of the interior remained dirty. Including crusts on the infotainment screen, cup holders, marks on the roof etc etc. Disappointing since they held the car for an additional 24 hours due to "detailing". We have obviously since wiped the vehicle down and all of the stains came out pretty easily. But disappointing to know that clearly they only cleaned the seats.
I'm happy to change my rating if they gave me an explaination why the vehicle was filthy

My boyfriend and I bought a car from them last year in March.
It was a cute little 2016 Kia Forte and it only had 139,000 km at the time of getting it.
We were so happy as it was our first car and had so many plans to go on vacations with it an so on.
This car has been nothing but a financial nightmare. We've had to fix 1 tie rod, 1 battery, 2 lower control arms including bushings and ball joints, 2 front struts, 2 rear shocks, 2 coil springs, spark plugs, rotors brakes calipers all around, brake lines, change every filter and fluid and buy a new radio and every dam time we think we've finally fixed this flipping car something else breaks.
Now we've got a front wheel bearing to replace and we suspect the ignition coils are due along with the serpentine belt.
I feel completely ripped off and so does my boyfriend. We've had to invest more money into fixing the car then we did buying it.
I highly suggest going else where for your vehicles. Not impressed at all with this company and we don't plan on every coming back.
