I lost my rings here last week and the front desk staff just about bent over backwards to get them back for me. One woman in particular was incredibly helpful and kind and did a million things to help me get them back. I can't speak to the facility but I have always had a 10/10 experience with the staff.

Beautiful college-level basketball game experience for younger ones, the crowd, music, narrator, lighting,.., such an inspiring event . Wish all college games will be open to high school students for free.

Good equipment and friendly staff. 2 star for how crowded the gym is. Just had to work in on adjustable cable with 6 other people. The gym is not big enough to accommodate 30000 students who attend Carleton. Needs a whole new facility or 2 gyms.

Great gym - lots of weights, machines, cardio machines etc. Pool is a bit old and showers aren’t that pleasant.

One of the few 50 m Pools in Ottawa. Cold like hell but clean and well equipped. Reasonable prices for students :)

Carleton university Athletics center is one the best in the neighborhood. The swimming pool and their lessons and clubs are great especially for kids of all ages. It's open to public. There is a Tim Hortons in the building. Also, they have soccer and tennis courts close by
