Just had my car repaired here. Excellent customer service, fair pricing and open communication just starts the list of great things I have to say. The work was completely in a timely fashion and you cannot tell that my drivers side was driven into at all! They even detailed the inside of my car (almost to my horror haha). I hope there isn’t anymore damage done to my car but if it happens, I’ll for sure bring it back here.

Awful experience. First they postponed my repair by a month then once I bring it in they call me and say the part is too rusty to be used so it’ll be postponed another month. They told me the repair would be 3 days, I called on the fourth and they said I could pick it up 30 minutes before they close. I end up coming in on the following Monday and have to wait some more because they were waiting for the name plate to come despite telling me I could pick it up on the previous Friday. Completely disorganized and have terrible communication. I would have rather paid out of pocket else where for a repair to avoid a 3 month delay. Save your time and mental health and go elsewhere

I had my vehicle repaired here related to an insurance claim and they did a fabulous job. The team (the receptionist in particular) was very helpful in providing regular updates on my repair and they were diligent with getting the job done in the estimated timeframe.

My car was sent here from Belair for repair. I came in and met with Fletcher who took time to talk to me about the repair and the process. I feel that my car, ShadyBee, is in good hands and I feel good that she's in good hands by quality professionals. Attached photos of the accident. I'll update new photos once repairs are done. I was charged 150 dollars to “reattach” my heat shield for my gas tank, which I was told would be by using larger sized washers as the heat shield had eroded. When i got home i realized they only used pieces of plastic without any bolts. Extremely dissatisfied.

Don't take your car here or demand that they don't wash it. My car is black so it's never been hand washed, only washed by touchless washing. It went in to get the rear bumper repaired, which they did a good job on. When I went to pick it up they were hand washing it.... it was full of a hazy looking film which they said was the hard water and that the would be no scratches. After having it washed to clean what they did, you could see all the swirl marks over the entire fkn car... A body shop should know how to wash a car (especially a black one) without running the whole fkn finish.... I'm fkn pissed... this is ask after being delayed a year waiting for the messenger to get back to me after checking out paint and saying they'd get the bumper in and painted and call me to come in and get it put on while I waited. The call never came and I found out they closed that shop without even getting in touch with customers.
