I thought my phone was done for as broke my otter box case and the screen appeared totally shattered. I happened to be strolling through Carlingwood and paused. The amazing workers suggested that it might just be the screen protector. Within 3 minutes I had a new protective case, new screen protector and what looked like a beautiful (practically) new phone without dropping $500.00 at Fido. Thank you!!!

I dropped my phone for repaired hi told me came in today's I give him extra 4 days when I returned hi told me his witting for parts came back next day when I returned next he told me that can't be fix so hi waste my time for nothing he should told me that first time I think his no professional even do he has fixed same day I'm not happy for service

Unfortunately my boyfriend and I had an unpleasant experience here. We went to inquire about getting the back glass repaired on his iPhone 13 before putting it up for sale, and also to get myself a phone case and screen protector for my new phone. They place the screen protector on the phone and then negotiate the price with each other, which is something to be cautious of. After hearing the price was $160 for the glass repair, we refused, but they then offered to do it for $120 as we were leaving and we agreed. We came back the next day to pick it up, took it home where it was not dropped, nor moved as it’s not my boyfriends daily phone, waited 24hrs to take the tape off, and when we took off the tape the glass was shattered in the top right corner. I called to let them know this had happened in hopes it could be repaired, and was met with a rude, unpleasant reaction, stating it couldn’t of possibly happened as he handed the phone directly to us and knows it was in perfect condition. I told him the phone wasn’t dropped, and that we didn’t notice before as it’s scotch tape that holds the glass in place while it dries so you can’t see completely through the tape. After a bit of back and forth, he told us we could come back anyway, but we opted not to as it seems it would’ve been a challenge to get the glass repaired without spending more.

I don’t recommend selling your phone/tablet there. I sold my iPhone 13 that had a little dent, knowing that they could fix, I just went in and sell it, tried asking for $250/$300 but that person didn’t listen to what I said and asked for $200 and I said okay, and I also showed him the tablet which costed me $150 from other the store and wanted to sell it for at least $80/$100 and that person said he could buy it and set something up from the tablet, and after he only handed me $200, which he said he would buy the iPhone 13 for but didn’t say anything about the tablet, just took both the phone and the tablet and he also convinced us to get a screen and camera protector for my recent phone and he just went on, put them on and didn’t say anything about the price first, and then he said I’ll give you a discount, for $60.

I had an amazing experiencing with them! I went to get my phone fixed and the service was great. They successfully answered all my questions & were extremely efficient. I’ve been to many mobile shops in Ottawa but by far this is the best one, I definitely recommend!
