We bought two of the Harbour Slicker rain coats for our two German Shepherds. They are fantastic for keeping them clean and dry! The coats are also easy to put on (really important when you have to dress two dogs!!) and quick to clean. The quality of the workmanship is top notch also.
We had to switch the size for one of our coats, and the process was simple and easy.
I highly recommend this product and company based on our experience with our jackets!!

Ordered the Head Muff(Whippet size) for my whippet hound and it fits perfectly. Very comfortable, good quality, perfectly tailored for his breed, and most of all it kept my boy’s ears and neck warm.
Ordered it for express shipping on a Monday night and arrived by Wednesday afternoon.
Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service and great selections available. I had a wonderful experience today at this location with Sandra and her colleague. They are kind and eager to help!
They also helped my Jake with his Smoochy Poochy collar sizing and ended up purchasing the 3-Season Dog Coat in Royal Blue! Fits like a glove and can't wait for him to wear it this winter and those to come! Will be a returning customer! A++

Customer service is absolutely over the top. When I ordered the wrong size for one of my Border Collies, not only did they exchange it, they set about to make one for him since his size was currently out of stock. Here is a picture of his sister sporting the burnt orange Alpine Blazer - it is a beautiful coat, well made, waterproof with a soft cozy liner. Chilly Dogs rock.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Being impressed with this company, its customer service and satisfaction as well as its product. My pup was hard to fit, and Chilly dogs supported me every step of the way and even sending other sizes at no charge so I could compare to ensure I had the perfect for my dog. Miley looks great, is finally warm and has a jacket that protects her from the elements but allows her to have freedoms of movement. Well worth every cent. Thank you!!

I can’t say enough lovely things about the folks at Chilly Dogs!First, they have an amazing locally made product which enables my Jamaican Potcake to enjoy winter in Ottawa.Secondly they have the patience of saints with sizing questions and general customer service. For example, I was looking for patching advice on a torn coat due to an intense wrestling session, they offered step by step instructions and extra material.

Purchased the Soaker Robe for my 13 yr old Standard Schnauzer because he minds the heat. He doesn’t like wearing jackets but enjoys this Soaker Robe. It keeps him cool when we go on walks or if he’s just hanging out in the backyard. The fit is perfect and stays cool and damp on hot days.

Lots of dog owners, especially those with barrel chested, slim-waisted pups like ours, have already raved about the great fit and the ease of putting it on. So I'd like to send out a big thumbs-up for the 'Blaze Orange' colour choice! We live in the country and our Nellie runs free in fields and forest. With her blaze orange jacket on we can see her in the woodlot or even from hundreds of yards away while we ski. The attached photo is super zoomed in at sunset, as you can tell from the reflector strips. The other shot shows that she matches my husband's new sawmill:-)Oh, and did I mention the great customer service and that it’s a Canadian company?! ?? ?❤️

I’ve bought two coats from Chilly Dogs for my dog. He’s a true mix and it was impossible to find anything that fits him, and that is warm enough for the bitter cold! Chilly dogs is extremely helpful and has great customer service. They really want to make sure you find the right product and fit for your dog, and the fit and measurements are so specific and accurate. Extremely pleased with both purchases and will surely ordering from Chilly Dogs in the future!
