Racism exists here. The old man didn’t want to sell me anything in there. I asked for a pack of frontwoods and he didn’t let me ask for another pack instead because the first one was too dry and I didn’t even open it. He was just showing how racist he is…. Don’t bother giving this old man business… somebody else should take over, his time is up

Poor quality compared to when I went a year ago.The owner was trying to push some low quality products on me. When I wanted to pick the one I wanted, he said he will pick, and handed me a moldy one!Fix your humidors, I'll never come back

Wow!!! This place is truly unique! Wall to wall cigars from all over the world. From the ultimate fine, to a standard taste, this shop has it all. Owned and run by a very sweet elderly gentleman who was all too happy to show off his collection. I ended up spending almost 800$ but well worth it! I can’t wait to see the look on my husband’s face when he sees his valentine’s gift! It’s also his birthday so I can split them up :). This place is probably one of the last few tobacco shops in Ottawa. Every other shop is for cannabis or vaping. It’s sad to see the decline of shops like this so I encourage you to stop by and check it out, even if you’re a non smoker. I’m also not encouraging people who don’t smoke to pick up the habit!

My go to for cigars. Greated everytime i go in, and he knows what i want. If my normal cigars are sold out he gets me another brand in the same price range.The older gentleman is friendly and remembers me and my cigar preferances.Love this place.
