Horrible experience with this company. I attempted to leave the following review on their webpage related to the Jaymar recliner:
I had a horrible experience with this chair and company. I would absolutely not recommend purchasing this item. The chair itself is not conducive to anyone nursing or experiencing any pain/challenges postpartum as it’s incredibly stiff and the recline feature (in manual) is essentially unusable. You need to be either laying completely flat or sitting straight up otherwise you need to keep the chair in position yourself propping yourself up with your foot and core which isn’t easy with a newborn baby or with any type of postpartum pain. If you are dead set on this chair go with automatic. Given these issues I tried to return this chair and had the worst experience with Clement. I was told by two representative to “go to the website” to initiate a return which does not give you a clear idea of how to return a large item. After a lot of back and forth they essentially made it impractical and impossible to actually return this item. This has been one of the most stressful experiences I have had during my pregnancy and I would never recommend shopping with this company. Again if you are dead set on this chair buy it from anywhere else! The price really doesn’t vary from other retailers you can also have it shipped directly from Jaymar. I would recommend pottery barn if you are going to spend this much on a chair. Worst experience - would not recommend.
My review was never posted. I thought it was strange when I was looking at their site that nothing seemed to have reviews and now I know why. Instead of posting and responding to their customers concerns they block any reviews from being left on their website. I received an email from customer service responding to the above review essentially again saying please reach out to customer service.
I would never shop here again and would never recommend purchasing anything from their store.

As parents to be, we had a wonderful experience going in to Clément just to have an idea what to prepare! We were looking for mainly strollers and car seats. The ladies who helped my husband and I were very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. They were always genuinely smiling and attentive to our needs and gave great advice. We will surely come back again.

I would give this location 1 star only reason getting 2 the lady was willing to help me. I went in at 855 I new exactly what I wanted but the Indian dude that works there pretty much h kicked me out and said there closed. Last I checked the store closes at 9 and not 8:55. The man was extremely rude would not go there again. I rather shop elsewhere or if they get a new employee. This is my 1st Google review ever don’t usually do reviews but man did he get under my skin even the 2 girls that where working there looked at each other.

This is SUCH a late review, but my partner and I wandered into this store and thought “we want a baby pretty soon, let’s look at some stuff!” I’m really petite and struggle to carry car seats, so we thought we should look at car seats and strollers, the associate who helped us, Van, was absolutely phenomenal. She helped us with every question we had, gave us so much advice on strollers, car seats, and bassinets, was honest, and let us test our carrying and adjusting the products so we could be comfortable. Van was amazing! If you’re reading this — I’m sorry it’s a month late, but we appreciated you so much!!!!!

Was in store last week looking into strollers. Was helped by Kate who was amazing. She had in depth knowledge of her products, was able to make various recommendations based on my needs and took her time with me in making a decision. Highly recommend speaking to her if you visit this store.

For the best shopping experience, ask for advice! The first time I’ve gone in, Katie helped me choose the car seat that suited our needs. She is extremely knowledgeable - and gave us tips and resources for car seat safety. Since then, we’ve only asked for her help every time we go into the store. She makes our shopping experience less stressful, more enjoyable, and we always leave learning about useful baby facts. I was impressed with how well she knew the store, all the gear and brands they carry, and makes recommendations based on your needs. Thanks Katie!

Amazing customer service by Dakota, went in there with no clue about strollers but she helped us by describing every feature and answered all our questions patiently. She helped us narrow down to the stroller and car seat we needed. I would definitely recommend going in to this store if you are not sure about strollers, car seats or baby products in general.

Don’t expect any help - nobody seems to work here. Just came to buy a car seat and a travel stroller. Not one staff member said hello or came to help me out, and the place was dead. I’ll be going elsewhere! If I owned this store, I’d be very concerned about the level of service.

Extremely rude staff. 3 staff were there for just chatting about their personal life. No cares about the customers. Highly recommend to just ordering and buying items online.

Such a horrible experience here with the staff. The store itself is great in terms of what they have, but the manager and the sales staff that I've interacted with are absolutely atrocious and should honestly be ashamed of themselves. I would avoid it based on the extremely poor customer service alone.
