I went to get a smaller version of a top I had bought earlier. The shirt was now discounted from the price I had paid but the staff wouldn't do a price adjustment and just did a straight exchange. I found that unfair. If I had returned the original top then bought the other one, I would have gotten the reduced price.

I was very happy with my recent visit to Cleo! The store is beautifully laid out, making it a breeze to browse their fantastic selection. The staff were friedly and helpful, offering to help me find what I was looking for. The clothes are stylish, and the sales were an added bonus!
