My 2009 Pontiac G8 has been getting the Krown treatment at Cotter’s since 2017. I was there today( June 11,2025) and the courteous, efficient service by all staff from start to finish is top notch.

Great first experience as a drop in customer!
I bought a can Krown rust protection spray, the helpful & friendly office staff (I'm sorry I forgot her name), directed me to speak with Ron for additional information. He gave great service and directions for care of my car and safe use of the product I bought.

They do good work, but are a bit pricey. The waiting room is run down and there's not much room to park. It's also hard to get an appointment. I would still recommend.

2021 I locked in a lifetime price for under coating, came back my 4th time and apparently the previous secretary made an error and no longer respect the price guarantee. The woman working there seemed to be indifferent to the issue. Never going back to this dumpster fire.

I went to Cotter's about a week ago and after my service I realized that the car wasn't washed properly from outside as some of the undercoating product had sprayed on the window and doors.
I called them to explain the situation and was told to come in for a car rewash. Unfortunately, after I made time to return for the wash, Mel the manager decided it wasn't a result of their work and said that the car seems fine even though it was very visible, especially on the windshield.
BIG disappointment and I'm not going back in the Future.
