I've always had good experiences here buying my crested geckos repashy. Staff have always been attentive to my needs, and respectful. I enjoy dropping by to visit the other critters as well :)

I have been coming to this store for four years now. It is my first choice when it comes to aquascaping and fishkeeping. Most of the staff are very friendly, kind, and helpful, and they always greet you with a smile.
However, some of the younger ladies who work in the fish section can sometimes be difficult to deal with. At times, it feels like they do not want to work, and the attitude is not very welcoming.
Personally, I do not ask many questions. I have been keeping fish for more than 10 years, so I usually know what I want and do not give the staff a hard time. That said, the attitude can be discouraging at times.
If this happens to me again, it may be my last time visiting the store, which makes me sad to say because I really like the store and many of the other staff members.

Insanely knowledgeable staff who are quick to help. I went to other stores and was offered no help and completely ignored or conflicting info. The staff here know their stuff and it’s obvious they care about what they do. They’re not just trying to sell you products you don’t need and potentially make the problem worse. Will definitely be back to purchase some shrimp and products.

Always amazing. Only place I've found frozen rats in a variety of sizes for a reasonable price. All their enclosure are so well maintained. You can tell they really give a shit because their beta fish are kept individually in miniature, but real, aquariums instead of plastic cups.

Went there on their 39th anniversary celebration and met some very friendly, and knowledgeable people in terms of pet care. Also showcased some interesting reptiles which was the kids enjoyed.
