Terrible return policy. Stuck with product my daughter dislikes. Customer service at Bayshore mall location absolutely terrible and so called managers were rude and made zero effort to assist with issue. Will never shop at Danier again.

Would give 0 stars. Spent $400 on this “STAR” jacket that was originally marked up at $900? Can you imagine. The quality of this jacket would be similar if I ordered something off of Alibaba.I wore the jacket for less than a month. This was my go-to every day winter jacket, I have no idea what I caught it on (I think a shopping cart when at Walmart) and a whole panel ripped off.I went to the store to complain about the poor quality of the leather and they said that it’s my fault and I can send it for a quote on alteration that will take a few WEEKS. By then winter will be over.The jacket is also peeling and pilling in different places and the ladies at the store didn’t even want to look. They just told me I didn’t know what I was talking about cause this was real leather and real leather doesn’t do that.Danier is not the high quality leather brand it was known for.. if you want to find a good Danier leather jacket, go to your local thrift store and find one from the 80s cause these are all imported from a shanty china factory.Save your money and search for “leather jacket” on Aliexpress, Temu or Wish and I guarantee you that you will find something of equal or better quality for 90% off the price of this jacket.

Bought a pink leather jacket last year. Worn just once and the leather developed light BLUE stains. I sent back for inspection and I was mesmerized when, after almost 2 months of communication, their answer that: “there is no warranty, the original leather color is showing through, could be the sun, that is what it was on sale…”lame excuses for a inferior product. So now I am out almost $300 with no jacket. This was unacceptable, I loved their quality in the past but clearly it is no longer the same. BUYER BEWARE. Especially is buying anything in pink leather. You will get a deffective product that they will not give you ANY warranty.

I loved my online shopping experience. I bought a beautiful large coat but it was too big and I requested an exchange online for a medium by following the Return Policy. I had no problem returning the coat and I was able to obtain the coat I wanted in the right size within a reasonable time and all without stress. I am very satisfied with my purchase. Great experience.

I have been a Danier customer for many years and still wear the leathers that I have purchased in store over the year… However, I couldn’t find my size in a particular jacket that I liked so decided to order it online. I was very disappointed when the jacket arrived. Although the shipping was very quick, the jacket clearly had been previously worn, cleaned and repackaged for resale. There were stains imbedded in the leather, marks on the inside of the collar and inside the cuffs as well as various stains on the front of the jacket. I cannot imagine how this passed quality inspection. I will not purchase online again. Disappointed is an understatement. I have contacted customer care, waiting to hear from them.

Do not buy from this company. Bought a leather jacket online, the jacket was really big so i asked for an exchange through the online procedure. Then after thinking about it i was sure the other size wouldn’t either fit. (I bought xxs and they’re jacket are made huge). So i wrote an email asking to get a refund. I never heard back from them. Send a few other emails. Still no reply. It’s been a week without hearing from them. So today i called and got the answer that they were very busy but that it would be addressed by tomorrow night. Can’t wait to see if they will finally reply! Do not buy from them. Terrible customer service.. not to say the least.

Got harassed..My husband and I used to buy leather items from this store regularly but I will never ever go back to the store. A female stuff ( very old, wearing glasses, short hair) D**** was terrible. I asked about the damages of the product I wanted to buy. She treated me insane because I asked that I want to buy new product from back. She even hit my shoulders twice and touched my half right body.What kind of store is that? There should be a camera so I might talk with head office of Danier

Terrible quality. Bought a jacket meant to last decades that cost me $500 and the stitching began to fall apart in less than 6 months of use. The leather is incredibly thin too causing it to rip and wear extremely easily. My family has several leather jackets from here and other places and all were built better and lasted longer. Really shoddy work, these jackets can't stand up to nearly enough. I have a simple winter jacket made of cheap materials from a cheap brand (not a leather jacket or anything fancy) and it has served me perfectly for 3.5 years even after abusing it. If that can survive then so should this leather jacket. I cannot express how terribly this jacket lasted. Do not buy Danier, ever

I am so happy I was finally able to buy the leather jacket I was looking for. Husn was the person who helped me find the perfect jacket for me. I just about a jacket from this store and I am very happy with the service I have gotten. The person who helped me was Husn. Husn helped me find the most suitable jacket for me that meets my needs. She is very detailed oriented and very well educated about the types of leather and how each jacket is different for which season. I highly recommend asking for her when you visit the store. She is excellent with her work. I will definitely be coming back to buy my next jacket very soon from Husn
