I’m very unhappy with my visit today as my cashier was just rude and lacked any customer service skills. I tried to pay with a $100 bill and I can understand if it’s their policy they can’t take it but he was just rude and very short of with me. I get it if you’re just annoyed with your job but at least be nice when talking with the customer I work customer service and I would never in a million years shut someone down so rudely.

My young toddler had to use the washroom and the staff were completely indifferent and refused to let him use the one at this store and he ended up peeing on himself. I will never shop here again and honestly… gives me a negative feeling regarding dollar tree as a company.

Went to location on cyriville and asked the employee stocking the drink fridges if the pop on the shelf were $1 and told me sarcastically told me far from it.
Also my nephew who is highly autisic ask if they sold fireworks .... He does not know exActly what stores sell what he just asked and the same employee laughed at him and said no .... I will no longer be going to a dollar tree ever again

Horrible expirance here. There was about 15 people, 1 cash open and she was doing balloons. When the cashier called for help the pathetic excuse for a manager rudley came and said the other cashier was on lunch and refused to help. I walked out and will never return to this store. Absolutely pathetic
