Indian girl at cash is very rude doesn’t reply to anything just says how are you paying in a rude tone, I feel disrespected also saw other reviews talking about this same person.

Staff at this Dollarama location really need some customer service training. The girl at the cashier didn’t greet or acknowledge customers.No “hi,” no smile, nothing. She just scanned the items and asked for payment without even saying “thank you.” On top of that, she gave attitude and looks like she owns the place and doesn’t care at all. Very disappointing customer service experience.

I just want to report the horrible experience that I have had at Dollarama! - A note of Advise to EVERYONE don't buy any Gift card at the store as they wont help you or lift a finger for you! I'm usually not someone to complain but I had to write this review . The Manager was incredibly rude and even walked away as I was trying to explain my issue . Take caution before going to this store and don't expect people to help you when you have an issue !!!

Some of the staff at this location were very disrespectful and rude for no reason I come here almost everyday as in my area and I get attitude and dirty looks for what? What do I do so wrong that makes you be like that. I come in buy what I need and continue my day I do nothing to cause that level of rude customer service

Service was exceptional. The customer service was very responsive to my needs. My card didn’t work and the employee was very understanding and let me hop (recent back surgery with a cane)to my truck to pick up my wallet to get the actual card because my tap didn’t work. She kept her cool and was extremely kind. ;)
