Big fan of this location. Much larger than your average Dollarama. Well stocked, there’s actually staff around so you can ask where to find certain things. Plenty of parking too!

I come here sometimes when I’m in Trainyards. It is pretty big and they have a wide variety of different things that I need! Store is pretty clean and they’re always stocked up! Employees are nice but I remember a poor employee got harassed by an old guy (props to the employee for being professional but you can see they were confused) but other than that I love coming here to get cleaning supplies and stuff we need for the kitchen! This place is somewhere I would recommend if you around Trainyards area! Nice store and I love this store a lot!

Check for expiry dates on items. Cannot believe refused to return an expired food item 🤮 and had to complain to second person/manager to get another one with better date.

Not a bad store I guess.. it wasn't particularly dirty or messy but when I brought my purchases to the front, where there were 3 cashes, one cashier working, I was informed by one of the employees that the manned cash is only for employees.

Went there today with my sister to do some Halloween shopping and other little restock on kitchen stuff. As we are checking out the associate who was working at the check out, was very rude, and not professional either, she rudely gave me the glass containers which needed wrapping due to being fragile, and instead of wrapping it for me, she literally rudely handed to me and told me to wrap it. As a customer perspective that’s not professional. And that same associate accused my sister of theft and was very rude and insisted on scanning the items after accusing her of theft. When my sister asked her that she can continue scanning she said that it was their policy to scan the items.
Never going there ever again. Very unprofessional customer service and accusations are not necessarily without any proof. Retail professional would wrap the fragile rather than rudely handing it to the customer. My sister has told me that she keeps getting accused of theft whenever she goes to this location to do some shopping

Staff is very rude, tried walking through me because there was no where to pass with huge amount of boxes her co workers were trying to put away. Hook had too much stuff on it broke taking down the rest of the row. Almost hitting us, she makes it seem like we did it and starts talking about us in a language she didn't realize one of us understood. Avoid the staff make it a terrible experience.

It's a very clean and well stocked location. However I find it odd compared to almost all other Dollaramas that they are 100% invested in the self check out terminals. It doesn't matter how long the line is or if you have 50 things - you're expected to use the self-checkout. That just puzzles me and with the amount of complaints I see in the reviews - do something!
One recent development for this location is the property owners have this obsession with ticketing cars that are in the parking lot. That's right - if you shop for too long you might just come back to a ticketed car.

I was the only person in line at the checkout area. I approached the cashier (who wasn’t doing anything) at the checkout and was immediately told to purchase my items at the self-checkout. I told the cashier that I did not wish to use the self-checkout kiosk. She shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Great customer service!
