I swear it's always the same. I go there, someone says hi, doesn't even ask if I need help or not. The girl working there just gave me a look and went back to chatting, and also every single time I go to the fitting rooms, the people working there don't even bother helping you unless you ask them. All they do is just stand there.

Worst experience ever, yesterday I bought 12 items and I paid little bit over $400. Went home I found 11 items even they are 12 in the receipt. Today I went again and explained that to the manager, she said we have to open an inventory investigation and check the footage, “I can’t give you a shirt like this”. She made me feel terrible as I’m lying, I wasn’t going to drive half an hour just to get another shirt for free. She opened a ticket and she said I’ll be contacted in a week or two. Never going back again, never been in a situation like this before.

Worst customer service. The employees were so rude and made us feel so uncomfortable. As soon as we walked in to the store we were stared at and made to feel uncomfortable. We then proceeded to greet them and they just ignored us and continued to stare. Walked straight out of the store. Something needs to be done at this location!

Worst customer service at Tanger. Didn't acknowledge any customers and were rude and unapproachable during checkout. District manager needs to step in and make some changes with the employees especially considering the prices there. If you want people to spend $50 on a tank top you need to have good customer service.

Horrible Staff. Only customers in the store with 3 workers and no acknowledgement. They had their airpods in their ears. Made myself and my daughter feel totally unwelcomed. Never ever will go there again. Terrible customer service.

I love most of the clothes they carry. Staff need to be more welcoming but there are a few who are definitely nice so it makes up for the bad ones. Other than that, I love the store.

Prices aren't anything special. The racks are so full you can't even look at the clothes without getting frustrated. Very disorganized too.
