I would like to emphasize that I took great care in composing this review and did not rush through it hastily. As a conscientious consumer, I made every effort to give Dynamite ample opportunity to address the issue at hand. During my recent shopping experience, I made a purchase of over $300 worth of clothing and also acquired a gift card. When I was unsure of the denomination on the card, the cashier instructed me to make a guess. Without much thought, I estimated $75. Subsequently, while discussing the purchase with my boyfriend later that day, I casually mentioned my guess, only to discover that the actual value of the card was $150, not $75 as I had assumed. This discrepancy raised suspicions, prompting me to return to the store and explain the situation to the management, providing evidence from my boyfriend's bank statements. After a thorough discussion, the management acknowledged the peculiarity of the situation and assured me that I would be refunded. However, they mentioned that the matter would need to be handled by the head office.
The following day, I received a reassuring call from the store, confirming that I would be refunded and informing me that I needed to await a call from the head office to verify my email address for the issuance of an e-gift card. However, several weeks have passed, and I have yet to receive any communication. I am left feeling perplexed and disappointed by the situation. It seems evident that the cashier may have been poorly trained or possibly scammed me (how could a cashier not scan a gift card?). Additionally, I find it disheartening that Dynamite has shifted the responsibility onto me as the consumer. I feel outright scammed.

There's something in the water at this location - this Dynamite consistently has some of the friendliest sales associates of any retail store I've visited. They're doing something right here. Margaret helped me out today and she was lovely. Bought some new party clothes for the holidays and couldn't be happier with the price point.

Retailer Stef was very kind and helpful!! She went out of her way to find a specific pair of pants I was looking for instead of shrugging it off as an "Idk" - this showed me true customer service. Very professional. Thanks Stef!

Literally could not be happier with the love and care i got from Kami at dynamite!!! i told her i didn’t know what would look good on me and she didn’t bring one or two things, she brought FITS!!!! If she’s the one helping you when you visit, know you’re in GREAT hands. girl has TASTE!!!!! run don’t walk?

I had the best shopping experience at this Dynamite store, that really blew me away and I had to leave a review. The store is well kept, and I was helped by the lovely Angola who gave us the best service, took us around the store, picked out some lovely engagement dresses for me and helped us throughout the whole time - she made me feel very well taken care of!! Its really not every day that you get such amazing service! Much recommended!!

Wonderful experience!!I honestly don’t enjoy clothing shopping- the trying on, the time, etc but I always love coming to dynamite. This was my first time in their new location within the mall and it is gorgeous! More options and much classier feel. It felt like an upscale boutique and I was surprised they are scheduled to move again soon! All that aside, I picked out a few different pieces- I was greeted and had my clothes in a fitting room while I was still browsing. I went in and was helped very kindly by Bami in the fitting rooms. She attentively got me different sizes and helped me decide on the best fits. I found a bunch of pieces I loved and had the most memorable checkout experience. Fatima is someone you are lucky to have on your team- professional, knowledgeable and incredibly kind. As someone in the hospitality industry this is much better service than I would ever expect buying clothes. Those girls need a raise!

I’ve been to this location twice in four days and both times the entire team was great. Shout out to the short haired girl from Saturday morning for your help (Aug 27). Also to Paige tonight for her magic powers of finding my sizes in everything i needed.Honourable mention to Annabelle for your kindness and honesty helping me with sizes.

Staff was super helpful! Everyone was so friendly when I came in looking for a dress from my friend's birthday. Amy helped me every step of the way and I found the perfect outfit! Will definitely be returning!

I was looking for a dress, and A.J was extremely supportive and helpful during my trip in the store. She provided me with plenty of options for what I was looking for, encouraging me to step out of my comfort zone too! She was such a gem and made my experience so much more enjoyable!! Definitely can’t wait to come back!
