In July 2024, we had Eastop Counters Inc. to replace our kitchen counter. Both Victor and Pierre provided efficient and professional information and services. For installation, Kevin and Johnny did a meticulous job, very professional. We are happy to recommend the company to anyone in the future.

Beyond thrilled with our new counters from Eastop Counters. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and we got our counters way faster than anticipated. The install was probably more difficult than most installs, but Pierre is incredibly knowledgeable at what he does, and has an incredible attention to detail. So the end result is stunning.
Also, great customer service from everyone we dealt with through this process.

I cannot speak highly enough of the fantastic job and exceptional service we received from the team who polished our Corian countertop. From start to finish, the process was smooth and seamless, with the team communicating clearly and promptly throughout the entire project.The work itself was nothing short of excellent. Our countertop had seen better days, with scratches and dull patches throughout. But the team was able to work their magic and restore it to its original beauty. It looks like new, and we couldn't be happier with the results.But perhaps even more impressive than the quality of the work was the level of service we received. Was impressed with the reviews and went in to inform myself and get a quote. Although the quote and time was taken to help me which I appreciated the gentleman was not very friendly. Seemed like I was more of a nuisance to him than a potential customer. Perhaps I came in at a bad time but not great way to receive new customers.

In May 2021 following our kitchen renovation ‘Pierre’ at Eastop offered to replace a warped island counter top at no cost to us if we retained a contractor and gave them an installation date. Due to Covid and a fractured clavicle my wife sustained during the summer we were not able to secure a contractor until November. In December they suddenly reneged on their offer by informing us they had a replacement island counter top in their warehouse for the past six months ready for us to pick up. Since it had warped as it sat too long in their warehouse they would no longer provide us with a free replacement. While Eastop’s supplier did make 3 countertops during our dealings with them, two became warped and one was measured incorrectly by the original kitchen reno. contractor. Despite this, Eastop backtracked on their word to replace the counter top at no cost and did not tell us that they had another counter top in stock until it became warped after sitting for six months. We believe they were not fair or transparent in helping to resolve the matter amicably and to our satisfaction.
