“Very honest and friendly. I took my Apple watch in for repair - cracked screen and water exposure. For a small charge Moe agreed to look at it and would let me know if it could be repaired. Moe called me back to say that given what the costs of repairs would be and the cost of a new watch I should probably just buy a new watch. Honesty was very appreciated! Second time at this store and both times (not for same item) work was done when promised and for a reasonable cost. Given how Apple products seem to be so "fragile" I would not hesitate to return again with my next broken Apple device.”
