If you want to talk to customer service you need to select the options that say you are moving. It is the only way someone will directly answer the phone.

I would give zero stars if that were an option. They’ve missed two appointments to come and pick up our hot water tank now. It’s been sitting on our front porch for over 7 days now. And now they’re saying they have to wait another 5 days because that’s their “policy” so they won’t come until next week.
