ID’d my brother who went there 10000 times. Absolutely ridiculous , law or not . He has previously showed his ID’s. I had a sling and was forced to buy his stuff for him with almost no force to grab all i bought. No consideration!

The payment system at the car wash was ONCE again not functional, and the only notice to that effect was on the machine once you're already in line. You can't back up if there's a lineup. I had my kids in the car and had to ask the lineup to back up so I could back out and leave. It's not difficult to put up a sign BEFORE people drive up to the drive-in section.

Absolutely disgusting place there polar pop machine is infested with fruit flies i tried the coke and I got cup full of dead fruit flies. So I tried the second machine for a doctor pepper and the pop was literally infested with fruit flies the health department needs to shut this place down .. And the store cleark clearly new about it and was absolutely rude to me and said it's not my problem..

AvOiD this location. Speed bump that scraped my car even though it's an all stock car. Pumps were filthy and didn't look like they have ever been cleaned (there were swear words written in the dirt on the digital screen). The pump card reader was having problems which was a hassle. No button on the pump to speak with the attendant. Love Esso but this is a very poorly run franchise.

One of the male workers at this location—an Indian man—is consistently unprofessional and clearly lacks the basic knowledge to do his job properly. He regularly argues about product availability, even though we stop here often for the exact same items and never have any issues with other staff. The others are helpful and efficient, but this particular worker is rude, dismissive, and confrontational.
He even gave my partner, a uniformed paramedic, a hard time for simply buying drinks and cigarettes before his shift, going as far as to say he “looked suspicious.” This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable and offensive, especially toward someone just doing their job and preparing for a long shift.
It’s gotten to the point where we avoid shopping here entirely if he’s on shift. This employee’s behavior is unprofessional and reflects poorly on the store as a whole. Management seriously needs to take action.

There is a review by a woman that was acting very childish when it came to the car wash. She held a line up and was acting like a crazy woman. Many people got out of their cars to ask her why she wasn't moving and she had poor excuses causing a scene. The other customers were going to call the police to escorts her off the property. The Esso worker said we don't want to escalate it even though the customers wanted to. She goes around and writes a bad review on the Esso Worker (Zahid). Shame on you for playing victim in the jeep wrangler. You are a pathetic woman and shouldn't drive. I give ESSO Conroy 5 Star satisfaction rating. Zahid you are honorable, its sad how we cannot review bad customers. Some customers are liars and have nothing better to do than generate issues to feel normal.

The car wash never works.. There's no contact number and the employees don't know who to contact. Do not waste your money and time. You'll need to drive to 20 different locations to find one that works. Also they shut down their car washes when it reaches - 10. Paid 80$ for nothing. You've been warned don't waste your money

If You are Native or metis or Indigenous don't nortenter this store. A native guy came out with his hands full as a regular, i came in and said get this guys a bag ill wait in line and pay for it. He wouldnt do it until i stafted making a scene. Then vefire i went to oay he went out of his way to speak to another indian person from india how to pump gas and how to pay. By the time i came up to the register he has forgotten everything i told him to put a bag in my charge be gave me a bag i handed back to him i said i was buy one for the native guy. I then snapped and went off about how he cant help his own people but he cant help the people he is visiting the land. They will not care about you and will only care about other Indian people from India. what a horrible place for our people. Please do not go here I won't anymore

Make sure the staff give you product before you leave. Especially anything behind the counter.
Won’t be bothering to stop here for cigarettes, or anything as convenient as it is.
Went to purchase cigarettes this evening. My card has tap, like most, and kept declining on tap. Two counter staff looked at me like it was my issue (Both males , one seemed to be training the other). Basically pushed me aside to help other customers. After using the chip on my card, my payment went through. I asked for all receipts of failed transaction..
When I go to walk out and I’m checking my purse and pockets, I realize they never gave me my product… I asked and the “manager” (that’s the name for the cashier on my receipt) he almost half laughs at me and hands me my pack over the counter.
I had a long day at work and almost left without realizing the issue.
Customers be diligent and pay attention.
Customer service staff, do better.
* I was here last week and there was a female staff member who was extremely pleasant and courteous , she should be promoted to a manager.
