⭐ Review – Circle K Car Wash (2100 Hunt Club Rd, Ottawa, ON)
I purchased a $22 car wash ticket at this location, but when I tried to use it, the car wash machine was not working.
I went back to the reception desk where I originally paid, and I was told that the machine was broken and to come back later, assuring me the ticket would work once it was fixed.
I returned again later, but once more I was told the machine was still not working and to come back another time.
When I finally returned again, I was then told that this ticket does not belong to this branch, which makes no sense since I paid for it at this exact location.
This experience felt misleading and dishonest. I wasted my time making multiple trips, and in the end, I was denied the service I already paid for.
I would not recommend this location unless they improve their customer service and take responsibility for their own sales.

Be careful: they’ll sell you car wash ticket even when it’s out of service and then refuse to refund. Daylight robbery

Always the cheapest gas price around that area! Plus there’s a Tim Hortons attached to it, amazing.

Their pumps are always broken and the staff don’t understand me when I’m advising them of same. Very frustrating. Also the Tim Hortons inside is useless. Just get rid of it.

Employees needs etiquette training.
Car wash is a waste of time when it is working, after going through car wash had to go home and do it old school bucket and a rag.

The gas pump has option for car wash and my husband accidentally pressed I guess which he didn’t even notice that it went to car wash purchase. We told the cashier but did not refund it and asked us to go to the car wash instead. We explained that we didn’t need it, we were in a hurry to go to the airport to return our rent a car and catch out flight but the cashier did not have any intention at all to refund and shut us out right away.. Called the customer service, he hang up on me. Sent inquiries and asked for investigation from the company but didn’t go anywhere. They can have our money. I just hope that this won’t happen to other customers. I DIDN'T GET MY MONEY BACK but that’s not the issue. I want other customers to be aware so it doesn’t happen to them. I will not go to any ESSO AND CIRCLE K ANYWHERE ANYMORE. My respect and trust in this company is gone. It doesn’t deserve even 1 star.

No diesel pumps, despite Google saying it’s available (and providing a price??)
Nothing wrong with the station or the service, the clerk I spoke to was very nice.
