This review is for FedEx in general, not this specific location.I don't mind paying duties when it is required but trying to hide your service fee as border duties and taxes is just misleading and false. This practice should be made illegal. Out of the $21 you are charging us, $9 is actually the duties, $12 is your advancement service fee.

Treat there employees like absolute trash.Allow threats to go unaddressed leading to assaults and personal property damage.Management and senior Management are abusive and discriminatory.Who knew getting threatened and assaulted in your career of 15 years leads to you losing their job.... And refusal to pay severance.Avoid at all costs. Don't believe a word that comes from management mouth... And if you manage to talk to the senior manager Greg Carter he's the biggest fake of all

I just had the worst experience ever!!!!!! Apparently now the shipping address is supposed to match with the ID address. She asked for my lease agreement or bank statement address. This is the most ridiculous service I ever had in my life and lucky I had a copy of my lease! The tracking number, ID is not enough they would like to get in our personal life to get some proof

Had high value engagement ring sent to me from a jeweler. I waited outside my apartment building for the fed ex driver and watched them pull into the parking lot only to loop out and leave immediately without attempting delivery. The driver then tried to claim customer error. I also wrote detailed notes on how to access my apartment and stuck them on a sticky note on the front doors to my building. The driver left no notice of how to retrieve my package. Crazy enough the jeweler paid for express shipping and the item was considered high value. Buyer beware when using this service

Would give 0 stars if I could. Customer leaves a number to call that leads to only having a robot speak to me. With nothing being able to be done. I hope to never have to deal with Fedex ever again. I do not know what the people at the center are like but dealing with trying to get a hold of them has left me never wanting to deal with them again.

Told me they would bill my account for customs and re-route package to a hold location. I requested this before the delivery date. They advised it was all taken care of and the I double checked the link to pay customs no longer worked, which I took as proof they billed the account. The next day my package showed a delay and when I called they advised my account has been closed for almost a year. Which for some reason the rep from the day before had no knowledge of despite finding my account number for me with my phone number and address. I had to pay over the phone and my package is now delayed until Monday unless I drive through Ottawa traffic both ways to get it myself.

FedEx website says that are FedEx office expert would package my item for me, however, when I arrived on site, they refused to provide the service. If the service is not available it should not be advertised on the website. I drove almost half an hour to get here to have my time wasted.

Do not use FedEx Canada for personal international shipments.Received an unsolicited package (granted Christmas presents from Grandma) that were clearly labelled "GIFT." Then received a bill from FedEx Canada demanding payment. Not just the $25 that they inexplicably paid in duties on a gift, but $75 in fees for negotiating the duty that should have never been paid.And it gets even better. They sent the bill with payment demand after the terms (which they also set) for arguing about charges (based on the date they pad the duty) had long past.The company has been unresponsive to inquiries and has just continued to send automated bills, threatening to send the matter to collection.Needs to say, Grandma now knows to no longer use the shylarks at FedEx Canada.

In short: not good.I work in the customer service field and one of the principal tenets for happy clients is that you provide what you promise. Does Fedex deliver packages? Yes. Does it deliver when it says it will. Regrettably not.Example: I was emailed that my delivery would happen on a Monday before noon. I cleared my schedule in consequence. Then Fedex tried to deliver on the preceding Sunday instead. Delivering early is just as bad as delivering late: it's not your service promise. When client expect a specific date and time slot, that's when you deliver.The note left on the door was that they would try again on the promised Monday before 5PM. That didn't happen either. The result is that I must now pick it up... 25 kilometers away!Give me a call Fedex: I can fix your customer service issues and I guarantee that my rates are much cheaper than what it is costing you in lost business from dissatisfied clients.

So sad that google doesn't show the reviews of this company right away. This company used to be huge, if they don't change their customer service approach they will fall eventually.

I have been trying to reach someone for 2 days now. My package tried to get delivered, so I went to the pick up location that night, which was 30 minutes away from my house. The package wasn’t even there, they were suppose to try and deliver it yesterday and no one has come. Now it is saying by end of day today. Not happy with the customer service provided.
