Zero stars. Absolute joke of a place. Came across the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life. Met a very obnoxious guy named David, we needed help getting in the door (woman with cane) and was met with the absolute worst attitude. It was our first time there we didn’t know how the doors worked. He promised us he’d make us wait extra long and snapped at us to go to the mall after he didn’t like my comment on how confusing the door was, which it is very confusing, sorry. Wake up David, you work in customer facing retail. You don’t get to speak to people like that, especially disabled people. Will never ever go back there, not that they care. Don’t worry David I will go to the mall next time. Avoid this place.

I went to this Fido location today to set up a new account. When I called fido to enquire about pricing and possibly switching to a private account from a family, they said it would not be possible.Adi was able to get this all set up very quickly and was even able to offer me a plan that was better than what they were able to offer me over the phone (cheaper and more data).My experience at this location and specifically with Adi was perfect. His level of professionalism, personability, and knowledge was incredible. He made the process stress free and was likely the best mobile sales representative I have ever interacted with.If you are looking for a good deal you will be at the right place with the right team.

The most rude fido store I have ever been to. The store manager is completely disrespectful and shouldn’t work in ANY STORE OR ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE place. She even lacks the manners to be in a society. She was completely disrespectful and not understanding. Fido, do your self a favour and find a new store manager. Avoid this store at all costs.

My Fido LG mobile phone froze this morning... I couldn't Google, email or text. Vishal at the Fido store at College Square, Ottawa, told me he had never experience a phenomenon quite like this... then, in 2 minutes, he had it functioning perfectly again. Thanks.No service order was written up, so I never received a survey from Fido... so, instead, give the man a raise or an extra few days vacay!

The worst customer service ever! I have owned a business for 35 years and never been treated like this in my life.They reached out to me to open a business account, got approved and agreed to there terms on Friday by Monday I was told they would open lines with no phones included ( that's like buying a car asked to pay for it with no engine!) Bell is the way to go!

Fido is the most EVIL and THEIVING phone company out there. When they set me up with my account, they sent me a phone that barely works. On top of that I specifically instructed them to setup automatic payments, which they did not. Then when my payments weren't being taken (for three months) they charged me an $80 late fee. When i asked the person at the fido store about this, they said i had to call head office. What happens when you call head office? You get sent to a text chat. The person on the text chat said they can't schedule or receive calls, but when you call the customer service line, it SPECIFICALLY tells you to use the text chat to get in touch with an agent. Fido PURPOSELY overcharges customers, and when they try and call them, they send them down a rabbit hole that leads to a dead end. The second i grt a chance I'm canceling and going with ANYONE ELSE. Save yourself and DO NOT USE FIDO!!

I purchased a IPhone 13 thinking I was getting a deal since its my second line. I was told in the store my monthly bill would be $60/month. I declined the device care since I never break my phone. 2 days after purchasing the phone I received an email confirmation for the device care. It seemed like the teller went into the computer and added it after the fact possibly for extra bonus on his pay. Once receiving the email confirmation for the device care I called fido to have it removed. At the same time I wanted to make sure my bill was still only $60/month. I received my bill and it was $200 for a month and three days. I called fido to figure it out and was on hold for over an hour. When I finally spoke with someone he agreed my bill should've only been $66 plus tax for the month and 3 days but wasn't able to figure it out a solution. After being on the phone for 20 min the phone mysteriously hung up. I expected to receive a call back so I didn't have to wait on the phone again since the person on the phone had my file open. I never received that call back so I tried to call back. Unfortunately when I called back the fido was closed. I'm more then frustrated and had I of none this was going to happen I would've never purchased the phone from fido. I hope this post helps people so they don't make the same mistake I did. Good luck.
