Stylist: I came in for a bit of an emergency. A close family member was in ICU & I was distraught. Maka was so kind! She could see the pain in my eyes & offered me (a total stranger) a comforting hug. She proceeded to wash, cut, dry & style my hair in such a profesional manner. No unnecessary chit chat. I really appreciate the fact that she could sense what needed to be done & did it. Thank you Maka!! Xo

43$+ tax and tip for a basic men's haircut/trim (no wash) is insane. Last time I went the First Choice, they were the affordable 18$ cheap cut. Now it's a cheap service at full price.
As soon as I got to work, I had to strip out of my shirt and shake out all of the loose hairs on my head and in my shirt. Extremely itchy. The hair cut cleanup was barely a pass with the blower, missed all the fallen hairs.
I rather get a friend to trim the back of my head over going to First Choice again.

I went here for the first time today desperately needing a really good haircut. After seeing very positive reviews for Mona, I booked with her. She did a fantastic job; exactly what I wanted. And she is a really nice person. Highly recommend her. Thanks, Mona.

Hair dresser did the reverse of what I wanted. I wanted blonde with some brown. I got brown with little blonde. I had gray hair before with some yellow so wanted the yellow gone, like I had done in February at the same location.
Price was $40 more then February.
Not happy
