Fady and Mark took great care of me throughout the whole process and made everything smooth and stress free. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership, and I’m disappointed with how things were handled once the sale was complete. Buying a car is already a stressful and costly process, and you expect a certain level of care and accountability when you’re putting that much money on the line. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience here.
During the test drive, the windshield was in good condition, yet when I take delivery of the car, there was a noticeable chip in eyesight of the passenger side. When I reached out hoping they would help cover the repair, they refused and stopped answering texts and calls. I understand the car passed its safety inspection (which is done by them), but when a dealership prides itself on customer service—as they repeatedly emphasized—you expect them to step up in situations like this. Their unwillingness to do so was frustrating and disappointing. Frankly surprising to see how quickly their attentiveness faded after the sale.
On top of that, several small issues made it clear that attentiveness is lacking. The rear baby-seat hook covers were said to be missing and was told new ones can be purchased on Amazon, yet I later found them shoved inside the openings myself. The driver’s seat belt is also missing the button pin that prevents the buckle from dropping to the floor, meaning I have to dig around for it every time I get in. These are minor problems, but they’re the kind that should be caught and addressed before a car is delivered. It’s very disheartening because these small oversights could have been avoidable issues but very telling of their attention to detail.
What’s most disappointing is that during the buying process, the staff were friendly and eager—encouraging us to leave a good review—so I expected that same level of customer service to continue afterward. It didn’t. I wish this dealership took more responsibility for the vehicles they sell and showed genuine care for their customers beyond the point of purchase —not just up until the moment the deal is signed, and deposit made.

Stay away of those scammers. They stole my money never delivering the car.
I had the need to purchase my first car in Canada, selected the Tiguan and gave 500 dollars as the prepayment. They gave me the paper with no name and no vehicle information on it - the bill of sales with no information other than the mistakenly written model and manufacturer. When I realized this was a scam, I came back to them demanding my money back. Should I say that Fadi never returned my money back?
Be aware, they live scamming those who are in need. Clearly they are already getting what they deserve.

My wife and I recently purchased a used vehicle from First Class Auto Export and were impressed every step of the way. We'd been searching for 6 weeks and can confidently say dealing with Fadi and Mark was a first class experience! Professional and friendly, we found the vehicle we were searching for safetied and for a fair price. Would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Buying a new car can be stressful at times but Mark and his team did everything to make the process easy going and comfortable. purchased my car from first class auto and i can’t be any more satisfied; Fadi was extremely patient with me and generous and his son Mark took little to no time to safety my car and prepare it for the road. I brought my car here because I needed a wheel bearing done. I was told it was the left rear, after they performed the job I drove home and still heard the wheel bearing noise. I contacted Mark and he said that there was some play in the front left bearing. So again, I brought the car back in and had them change the front left bearing, after they performed that job I drove home and again, I still heard a wheel bearing noise. Seems like he is just getting me to ditch out more money by changing the parts that don’t need replacing.
Very disappointed with “First Class” Auto. Would not recommend bringing your car here unless you have money to burn and time to waste.
