“Unfortunately the Bloomex website does not remember my passwords for my account on my ipad and could not even reset it. Fortunately, I was able to call their 1-800 number and a person answered almost immediately.The associate James was friendly while being professional and helpful! I was able to make some minor adjustment to my order which would not have been possible online. All in all very satisfied with the service as well as the products offered!”
