Seems like no one wants to help out there. Had to come all the way from Barrhaven to pick up shoes which were available online but they were supposedly sold out in store. Associates did not even bother to check.

You walk in, no one acknowledges you, very bad customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes that they aparently had at Rideau, waited 7 days just to be told they didn't have in stock. What a waste of time.

Poor service…….. in fact, it felt like bullying. I would be comfortable to say it was racism! No one wanted to be working, Clear avoidance of customers. When asking for a size there was obvious annoyance behaviour. We will not go back to that store and will complain to higher up because this is totally unacceptable!

Why do we have to ask for help when they’re clearly standing there doing nothing!? And when you wave them down to you they give you attitude?? Worst experience shopping there!!

Went in and all the employees were on their cell phones. I had to ask for help and the lady who assisted me seemed annoyed to be assisting me. Asked for a size and they didn’t have it and I was dismissed. Not told about ordering online or other stores. Very poor customer service

Worst footlocker experience I have ever had to go through. I returned a pair of shoes that didn't fit. Apparently, I didn't pay for the shoes with my gift card the day before. Me returning the shoes for another size obviously means that I didn't know that my gift card wasn't charged the day before. The manager at the store a white lady started raising her voice for absolutely no reason. Very rude, not understanding, and most importantly unprofessional. This wouldn't be an issue if the manager was patient and understanding. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from this lady. Embarrassing.

We had an amazing experience. Emma salvaged my son’s bday present…I bought him a pair of shoes and didn’t realize there was a size issue. Emma was sympathetic and figured out a way to make it right.
She didn’t have to - she chose to. Thank you for this!!!!
We will be back, and I have learned to check a few things.

service was not great at all chatting with each other looked at 4 pairs of adidas not one of size 10 ..Not good went across the hall to Softmoc end up buy 3 pairs of adidas there service was great and I spend $350.00 that Foot Locker missed out on.

If I could give them a ZERO I would or better yet a -100 star review. Ignorant, disrespectful, unbelievably unprofessional customer service! If you are not completely 100% happy and confident with your purchase at the time of purchase then DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, EVER!!!! They will put up every road block possible to make it impossible to exchange, return, anything…will resort to straight up lying and making things up that don’t exist and are not in their exchange or return policy. They are CROOKS and THIEVES.
