I did not have a good experience with my framing order at this store. I placed an order on August 6 and am only picking it up today September 28. I was told it would take approximately two weeks, possibly longer due to it being their busy period. I had called the store but no one picked up on several occasions. I also sent several follow up emails, of which only one was answered. I was then reassured on the phone I would receive a phone call when the frame was ready for pick up, but I did not. I took a gamble to drive there today to see if it was finally ready. More so at the store today, they said they had sent an email which could have possibly gone to my spam folder, though I just checked my spam and there was no email... I would not recommend this store, and suggest one goes elsewhere for their custom framing needs in Ottawa. I asked for a discount on my order and received a lecture instead.

I was surprised to find that they had the exact sized frame that I needed, ready made! They were so lovely and as they put the artwork into the frame for me (thanks), I browsed the store. I loved everything. It's the perfect store to buy a unique gift. I'm going back to have an old print framed as I trust in this company 100%.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Especially Christine on the phone, then Amanda who took time out to help me with my project of framing a few puzzles, showing me how to assemble the frames, tighten them and provided hardware, explaining how to hang heavy pictures etc. Very knowledgeable and helped me produce a few quality products. Charged very little! Highly recommend them.

I just had Framed cut two pieces of glass for a home project. They did a great job. The staff were very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this business.

If you want your art installed perfectly for a reasonable cost, look no further. Paz was able to make what seemed to be a daunting art wall installation look easy. I've not used their other services yet, but judging by the attention to detail / perfectionism I've seen, I plan to go to Framed! for all my framing needs. Thanks again Paz!
