At first I was greeted which was cool but then the worker kept hovering around me which felt odd, it felt like I was being watched while I was casually browsing which made me super uncomfortable
Got a pop figure then went to pay and was asked to donate to a foundation (no issues atp) but politely declined. The cashier was persistent on it, I ended up donating anyway from feeling guilt tripped, made me feel pressured and uncomfortable. Tbh probably won’t be going back again

For some reason I went to buy a game , the cashier didn’t say a word to me. He was breathing heavily. Very weird and strange . I don’t know what I did to deserve that .

The gentleman who helped me was extremely rude and unwilling to help me view the products on the top shelf. I left extremely unhappy and quite offended.

If you don't have a Switch, PS5 or Xbox Series X you won't get a large selection and the selection they have will not be quality

staff was friendly! the two guys working there were really welcoming & talkative, felt more comfortable getting things there. although, I came for the figures, and there wasn't much variety in their section. was a good trip nonetheless!

Great video game store in the Rideau center. Lots of new and used games to purchase for all gaming systems. Friendly helpful staff, getting all my stuff there now.
