Really bad attitude from girl working at the cash this evening (7 June 2025, 8:30 pm). Just because you’ve had a stressful day doesn’t give you the right to be rude to customers. The other employee was quite helpful.

Outlet was busy and well organized everyone was friendly except manager i am assuming not very friendly, failed to greet us, failed to smile and was showing hostile body language. She was short brown lady.

Medium size store. Most clothes are for teens/kids but there is still some selection for adults. The employees are nice and helpful. There are fitting rooms where you can try clothes before you buy them. The floor is a little dirty but overall decent store.

I really like Gap clothes, especially since they sell sizes not available at Costco. But like the 2 other outlet location, inconsistency in availability and selection.

In my opinion, the stuff in this store is way better than the stuff in the regular Gap stores. More my style, at least. They carry a lot more classic basics rather than “trendy”-styled clothes. Store has a nice layout, staff is friendly.

We are regular customers of the gap outlet and often purchase all our kids and our own essentials here. We never had a bad experience before except for this time. My husband bought couple khakis in two different sizes since he never wore skinny before and he wanted to try them out. He found the right fit for him and we brought in to return the other. The cashier wouldn't accept the return as "tag was missing" which was not present at the time of purchase and even though the waistline tag is present. She went so far as to imply that it was used and we are lying. Honestly if she has taken the time to look at the receipt she could have noticed the two different sizes on the same khaki. Be that as such, it was simply unprofessional in the customer service to simply assume for oneself without asking the reason for return, which she never did. She even suggested she can smell strong perfume smell on the pants. Honestly I don't even know if men uses perfume for their legs?!? Also for the fact that my husband has strong aversion to perfume due to his migraine issues. At the end she did the exchange only after i pointed out all the above, when it shouldn't have even reached to the point of us going over all these, if she had done her job from the beginning instead of assuming. She went as far as noting to us that she can't reuse this for sale and will be throwing it in garbage, even though it was in pristine condition. Like come on its big on my husband he literally cant wear that and go out and about with the pants falling off. And he bought that literally like five days ago. This sort of customer service is unacceptable and I am really disappointed to say that we will not be purchasing from gap anymore. She did not have a name tag, however if anyone is wondering her cashier id is 2878928.

WORST customer service Experience ever had in this GAP store. I would give no star if possible.I always buy clothing at Gap for myself and for my family. When I tried to return one of the pants I bought the girl at customer service was very rude and asking why did you take the tag off when I said the tag came off she said how is that possible it is pretty strong.Then she was keep on going like next time I won't do it if you take off the tag. Now I can't even put this back for sale this is going to be waste. On and on and on...I felt so intimidated. I was shocked to be honest by this kind of questions.GAP should train the employees properly on how to talk to customers.

My favourite store at Tanger Outlets. Gap strikes a good balance between price and quality. I can always find something fabulous here, both for me and my kids.
