Its a really good store but the one thing that isn’t correct is the “low” prices. With $20 you could only buy 4 bags of sour patch kids or whatever but its a very good store with a very nice staff.

This is a very large Giant Tiger with a big selection of items.
I got my husband a T-shirt of Nickelback's 2005 smash hit album All The Right Reasons for under $10. I was very excited to find it because it is hard to find Nickelback merchandise. It was red, which I didn't care for, but it was still a nice shirt overall.
I miss the mural wall that they used to have, they should not have gotten rid of it during the renovation, or they should find a way to put it back. It loses 1 star for this reason.

Always love going to this place. I love the clothes and the jewelry is good. I like the designs a lot. There's a small section of beauty cosmetics that have dupes that I've heard good things about and I like them too!

After hearing the stories of this specific location being racist and targeting shoppers on arrival. My team and I decided to investigate ourselves.In the past two months we have sent in mystery shoppers of different ethnicity.It was noted and recorded on multiple occasions that employees of this Giant Tiger display discriminatory behavior and racism almost on the daily. A specific older woman stocking products seems to be the real problem as my shoppers have all experienced problems with her from being followed through the store and even being asked questions about their mental state.In some cases the shoppers also experienced racism from this same lady. Good selection and great prices. The only problem I have and it's the most important one, customer service.
The two women on cash today (Walkley Rd)were the most miserable looking people I have ever seen in retail, not even a smile or a hello.
If you don't enjoy your job get another one, perhaps Timmies.
