Today at the St Laurent Giant Tiger location, I witnessed a store manager speaking to a customer in a manner that came across as unprofessional. The manager wasn’t fully yelling, but their tone was raised and noticeably tense. The interaction appeared confrontational, and the customer seemed uncomfortable as she was with an older lady. I think something was done at this store years ago from what I heard but it could have been handled in a different manner in a more quiet area. I’m sharing this because it didn’t reflect the level of professionalism and respect expected in customer service. I believe the managers name is Sherry from what I heard. I honestly felt terrible as did a few other customers.

Watched the manager shout at a young girl in front of everyone in the entire store . Regardless of the reason, have some class and keep it professional the whole store doesn’t need to feel uncomfortable .

I love Giang Tiger, I will always shop at our Canadian chain store. The quality is alright, but the prices have gone up and that is unfortunate. Their clearance prices are great though.
I knocked off one star because most of the clothes I've seen there this year were ugly.

One of the staff was extremely rude and was swearing, she basically told me to move out of the way. She went in the back and started talking about me, heard her swearing above all, I then left the store, Will not be returning due to that vile women pushing a clothing rack

I bought these Tue, today is Thursday two days ago.
There going in,the garbage today.
They are still,hard as a Rock.
The plums are great.

Must have to be a pretty big person to shop here. More options for people that are fitted for XXL than the typical L and M or even an XL. But men's is littered with clothing for huge people. Absolzero point for me to stop here as I'm only a medium to large fitted male.
Sales would be more abundant if they had more option in sizes

Before this July 26 afternoon, I would have given you above 5 stars. I spent $500 lately for my new home, and returning $35 became an unforgettable, humiliating experience that stays with me. PLEASE DO BETTER FOR RETURN EXPERIENCE.

I am a big giant tiger store fan however this one isn't good. They got rid of their change rooms, and when I asked where they were, not knowing they removed them I got attitude from an employee. At check out I asked if I could return the clothes and how long since there was no change room and she was also rude. She didn't ask me for my VIP info and when I said somthing she said it doesn't matter anyways. So will be going to walkley location from now on.

Crummy selection but pretty ok prices. Sometimes amazing deals. They price match which can be pretty great. I like the super cheap t shirts
